It doesn't get better than a classic gin cocktail that's made with only 4 ingredients and this Bramble cocktail is firmly on our list of favourites.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 2 handfuls The Crushed One
  • x 45ml Gin
  • x 30ml Lemon Juice
  • x 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
  • x 12.5ml Creme de Mure
  • Garnish: Lemon Wheel & a Blackberry

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a shaker with Party Ice and add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
  • 2. Fill your glass with The Crushed One & strain the cocktail over the ice.
  • 3. Top up with more of The Crushed One if needed and drizzle the crème de mure over the top. To serve, garnish with a lemon wheel and a blackberry. Enjoy your Bramble!
