Ingredients

x 1 handful Party Ice
x 1 handful The Crushed One
x 45ml Pomegranate Juice
x 25ml White Rum
x 8ml Simple Syrup
Top Up: Prosecco
Garnish: Pomegranate Seeds & Sugared Rosemary Sprig

Method

1. Add sugar syrup to a plate, roll a rosemary sprig in the syrup then sprinkle with sugar to coat, then set aside. Add rum and syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with Party Ice. Shake well to combine.
2. Fill a short glass with The Crushed One and pour the cocktail over the ice.
3. Top up with prosecco. Garnish with Pomegranate seeds and rosemary to serve. Enjoy your Crush and Swizzle!
