Summer serves should be simple, but that doesn't mean they can't be elevated. Complementing Henley Distillery's classic dry gin with just 3 ingredients you probably already have at home, we've created this delicious Henley Raspberry Gin Sour.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 1tbsp Raspberry Jam
  • x 50ml Henley Distillery Gin
  • x 1 Egg White
  • Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
  • Garnish: Dried Raspberries

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add the jam, Henley Distillery Gin, lemon juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry shake.
  • 2. Add Party Ice to your shaker and shake again to combine.
  • 3. Add 2 super cubes to your glass and strain the cocktail over the ice. Top with crushed dried raspberries to serve. Enjoy your Henley Raspberry Jam Sour!
