Ingredients

x1 Handful Polar Cube
x 1 Peach
x 50ml Elderflower Liqueur
x 1/2 Juiced Lemon
x 100ml Sauvignon Blanc
Top Up: Soda Water
Garnish: Peach Slices & Fresh Basil

Method

1. Cut your peach into slices and add a handful of them into a glass along with your elderflower liqueur. Muddle until combined.
2. Add your fresh basil into your glass and strain in your peach and elderflower liqueur mixture, then add your lemon juice before filling your glass with Polar Cube.
3. Now add in your Sauvignon Blanc and top up with soda water before garnishing with peach slices and fresh basil. Enjoy!
