We've found your new favourite summer gin serve, the Rutland Square Cloudy Chai Cocktail. With the gin balancing the authentic Indian flavours of White Oolong Tea and Juniper, it's chai botanicals pair perfectly with cinnamon and apple to create a perfectly layered experience.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 50ml Rutland Square Chai-Spiced Scottish Gin
  • x 15ml Lime Juice
  • x 10ml Cinnamon Syrup
  • x 60ml Cloudy Apple Juice
  • Garnish: Slice of Green Apple & a pinch of Nutmeg

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a rocks glass with Super Cubes.
  • 2. Add all the ingredients to the glass and stir to combine.
  • 3. To serve, garnish with a slice of green apple and a pinch of nutmeg. Enjoy your Rutland Square Cloudy Chai Cocktail!
