This summer staple is a cocktail classic, if you haven't had a Tom Collins yet this summer, here's your sign! Made with just 4 ingredients, enjoying a refreshing cocktail in the sun has never been easier.

Ice Cubes Ice Cubes

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • x 50ml London Dry Gin
  • x 25ml Lemon Juice
  • x 12.5ml Simple Syrup
  • Top Up: Soda Water
  • Garnish: Lemon Wheel & a Maraschino Cherry

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a tall glass.
  • 2. Fill with Polar Cube ice & top up with soda water. Stir gently to combine.
  • 3. To serve garnish with a Lemon wheel & a maraschino Cherry. Enjoy your Tom Collins!
