Give your go-to Aperol Spritz a spellbinding Halloween makeover with this Witchy Aperol Spritz. Bright, bubbly and refreshingly bittersweet, it's the perfect cocktail for spooky season. Made for Halloween parties, autumn evenings and raising a glass with friends.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 Handful Polar Cube
  • x 50ml Aperol
  • x 25ml Blackberry Liqueur
  • x 90ml Prosecco
  • Top Up: Soda Water
  • Garnish: Orange Slice and Cantaloupe Star

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice, then add the Aperol and blackberry liqueur. Stir gently to combine.
  • 2. Pour in the prosecco, then top up with soda water.
  • 3. Use a thin slice of cantaloupe to create a star shape and use that to garnish along with an orange slice. Enjoy your Witchy Aperol Spritz!
