THE COOL CLUB
This weekend we have been busy entertaining the festival goers at Gin Festival Leeds, where we were excited to launch our headline sponsorship alongside Schweppes! This means our giant Super Cubes will be keeping G&T’s cool at Gin Festival events for the rest of the year. How exciting!
We couldn’t wait to meet and entertain Leeds biggest gin lovers, here’s what we got up to…
Positioned next to the ‘Tinker Teepee’ where we were talking all things Super Cubes, we thought it was only fair we gave people a chance to win some along with a range of cool gin related prizes.
Festival goers had to make use of our props to be entered into the competition, by taking a photo which they needed to share on Instagram using the hashtag #icecoldgin. The aim of the competition was to take the best photo and it’s fair to say there were some corkers!

Becky, the winner of the competition, has won a year’s supply of Super Cubes, a bottle of Tinker Gin, an ice sculpture for an upcoming event, some fancy gin glasses and a pair of Gin Festival tickets for an event of choice.
It was certainly a weekend well spent!
Directly next to our photo booth area we had a 2 by 2 meter ice sculpture display, giving people the opportunity to carve out the letters of the Gin Festival logo. Expert Sculptures from Glacial Art who manned and made the sculpture, were giving people some tips of the trade. Concentration faces were at the ready! People described the experience as therapeutic.
It was certainly a weekend well spent and even better that the sun made an appearance with temperatures reaching 26 degrees on Sunday afternoon.
