Mon Cherry Amour
Serves 2
Ingredients
75ml cherry brandy
50ml Cointreau
Juice of half an orange
1 egg white
Large ice cubes
Twist of orange and a maraschino cherry to garnish
Sparkling water to top up
Method
Add the cherry brandy, Cointreau, orange juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into 2 old fashioned tumblers filled with ice and top up with sparkling water, stir, and garnish with a twist of orange and a cherry.
