This Christmas Martinez cocktail is the perfect Christmas day tipple. Strained over one giant Super Cube to ensure every flavour remains, as you sip away at the most wonderful time of year.
Here’s our quick step by step guide of how to create yours…
Ingredients breakdown:
x1 Super Cube
50ml Four Pillars Australian Christmas Gin
25ml Sweet Vermouth
5ml DOM Benedictine
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Method: Add all the ingredients except the Super Cube with one scoop of ice to a mixing glass. Stir well and strain over 1 Super Cube in a tumbler. Garnish with orange zest and serve.
