Garnish – Passion Fruit Half
Add the ice and all the other ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake hard and strain into a martini glass. Place a passionfruit half on top and it’s ready to serve!

Add the ice, fruit and milk to a blender. Blend for 30 seconds and when done give the mixture a stir. Layer the smoothie and yogurt with a large spoon to create a spiral effect. Squirt whipped cream on top, add sprinkles and serve.

Remove the skin and pips of a watermelon, cut into chunks and add to a blender. Save some slices of watermelon for later! Add 2 handfuls of party ice and the juice of 1 lime. Blend for 30 seconds or until mixed. Pour into a drinks dispenser over 2 handfuls of ice and top with lemonade or sparkling water. Add slices of lime and watermelon for decoration. It’s now ready to serve!
