Ingredients:
- x1 whole pineapple
- x1 bunch of 5 bananas
- x1 bag of Party Ice
- x1 tub of low-fat yogurt
Total price approx. for 5-days’ worth: £3.50 (70p per smoothie)
Method:
- Peel x5 bananas and chop into chunks.
- Repeat with the pineapple, remove the skin chop into chunks.
- Place x1 banana and x1 pineapple portion together into a Tupperware tub and freeze until ready to blend.
- Place into a blender with x1 handful of Party Ice and x1 tbsp of low-fat yogurt.
- Blend until smooth and serve!

Method:
- Sort the blueberries and raspberries into 5 equal portions and freeze in Tupperware until ready to blend.
- When ready place 1 portion of blueberries and raspberries into a blender, with x1 cup of almond milk and x1 handful of Party Ice.
