Leprechaun Mimosas
Green is the colour of the day, and you won’t find a more refreshing green cocktail than this Leprechaun mimosa, which is perfect if you’re having a stay at home for a special St Patrick’s Day brunch!
Ingredients
– X2-3 handfuls of Party Ice
-X1 bottle of Prosecco
-x2 cups of orange juice
-x1 measure of Blue Curacao
Method
-Put a handful of Party Ice into a high ball glass and fill it a third of the way with orange juice.
-Add a splash of Blue Curacao.
-Top up with prosecco and serve!
Dark Delight Cocktail
If you’re looking for a high-class sweet option that celebrates Irish whisky and Guinness in all its glory, this Boozy Dark Delight is a great choice. This cocktail has a classic style with an array of chocolatey flavours.
Ingredients
-X1 Super Cube
-X25ml Measure of Cointreau
-X25ml Measure of whisky
-Top up with Guinness or preferred stout
-Garnish with chocolate orange shavings
Method
-Place a Super Cube in a low-ball glass and pour over the Cointreau and whisky.
-Top with the Guinness or stout.
-Garnish with the chocolate orange shavings and serve!
The Irish Maid
This refreshing cucumber, lemon and elderflower cocktail is perfect for the ultimate Paddy’s Day party at home!
Ingredients
-X1 Super Cube
-X50ml measure of whisky
-X3 cucumber slices
-X25ml measure of elderflower liqueur
-X15ml of honey
-X10ml measure of fresh lemon juice
Method
-Drop two slices of cucumber and muddle in a cocktail shaker.
-Add the remaining ingredients including a handful of Party Ice, and shake well.
-Strain over a Super Cube, garnish with a cucumber slice and serve!
The Irish Dream Freakshake
Smooth and creamy, this Irish Dream Freakshake is absolute delight. It’s simple, satisfying and light on the liqueur, ideal for anyone who’s looking for a delicious drink without the hangover risk. Feel free to remove the Baileys Original for an alcohol free alternative.
Ingredients
-X1 Handful of Party Ice
-X50ml measure of Baileys Original
-X100ml of milk (of your choice)
-X1 handful of Aero Mint Balls
-Top up with whipped cream
-X2 tbsp’s of chocolate sauce
Method
-Add the Baileys, milk, mint aero balls, and Party Ice to a blender and blend until smooth.
-Drizzle the chocolate sauce around the glass and pour in the milkshake.
-Garnish with whipped cream, and a few extra mint aero balls on top, and serve!
Luck Of The Irish
Counter the bitterness of the Irish whisky, with this fabulous fruity concoction. It’s St Paddy’s Day meets the Bahamas sun with this vibrant yet punchy cocktail.
Ingredients
-X2 Handfuls of Party Ice
-X75ml measure of whisky
-X50ml measure of Peach Schnapps
-X50ml measure of pineapple juice
-X75ml measure of lime soda
Method
-Add all the ingredients including a couple handfuls of Party Ice to a cocktail shaker and shake well.
-Strain the cocktail over a handful of Party Ice and serve!
