If you’re organising a big party this summer, make it easy for yourself by preparing some delicious jug cocktails before the party starts! They’re quick and easy to make and it means guests can help themselves throughout the party!
Strawberry Sangria
This sweet, pink strawberry sangria is a summer favourite!
Ingredients:
x3 handfuls Party Ice
x1 bottle White Grenache
x1/2 cup strawberry flavoured vodka
x2 cups Lemonade
x6–10 large strawberries, sliced
Method:
1. In a large pitcher, combine the wine and vodka.
2. Add strawberries and Party Ice.
3. Top up with lemonade & enjoy.
Pimm's No.1
We love any variation of a Pimm’s, but you can’t beat the classic recipe for a Pimm’s and Lemonade. This must be the ‘go to’ garden drink of a British Summer!
Ingredients:
x2 handfuls Party Ice
x200ml Pimm’s
x600ml lemonade
x1/2 sliced cucumber
x1 handful chopped strawberries
x1 chopped orange
x4 sprigs of mint
Method:
1. Place the ice in a jug and pour over the Pimm’s, then the lemonade and give it a good stir.
2. Add all the fruit and serve. Ensure all glasses are filled with plenty of ice.
Pornstar Pitcher
This Pornstar pitcher is the perfect summer drink for those big family BBQ’s or for those chilled summer evening drinks with friends!
Ingredients:
x4 handfuls Party Ice
x3 measures Passoa
x2 measures vanilla vodka
x2 measures sugar syrup
Top up: 3/4 pineapple juice & 1/4 prosecco
Garnish: 2 passionfruit halves
Method:
1. Add the ice, Passoa, vodka and sugar syrup to a large jug.
2. Pour in the pineapple juice until it’s 3/4’s of the way full, then pour in the Prosecco.
3. Stir well, garnish with the passionfruit halves and serve!
Gummy Fish
This is the perfect refreshment for the kids this summer. Let them create their own fish tanks with their favourite gummy fish sweets.
Ingredients:
x4 handfuls Party Ice
x4 measures lime juice
Top up: Lemonade/sparkling water
x4 drops: Blue food colouring
Garnish: Red fish sweets
Garnish: Lime wheels
Method:
1. Add ice to a jug with the lime wheels and fish sweets.
2. Top with lemonade or sparkling water.
3. Add the lime juice and blue food colouring drops.
4. Stir well before serving and enjoy!
Strawberry Lime Party Punch
This recipe is a definite crowd pleaser! It’s fruity and refreshing and easy to make which is perfect for those hot summer BBQ’s in the garden.
Ingredients:
x3 handfuls Party Ice
x4 measures white rum
x1 lime juiced
x3 tsp’s of sugar
Top up: Lemonade
Garnish: Strawberry halves & mint leaves
Method:
1. Add all the ingredients and ice to a large pitcher
2. Top up the pitcher with the soda / lemonade and serve!
