Ladies & Gentlemen, we officially bring to you The Ice Co.’s top five ice cold drinks of 2022! Deliciously refreshing and best served ice cold, these drinks are a must try this summer!
Cherry Bakewell
Just as sweet as you would expect…who needs the cake version when you can have this! A perfect fruity drink to celebrate summer in true Great British style!
Ingredients:
x1 handful Party Ice
x2 measures Amaretto
x1 measure cherry cordial
Top up: Lemonade
Garnish: Cherries
Method:
1. Add the Amaretto and cherry cordial to a cocktail shaker with the Party Ice and shake well!
2. Pour the mixture between 2 champagne flutes.
3. Top up the flutes with lemonade, garnish with a cherry and serve.
Pornstar Martini Cocktail
Nothing screams summer more than a sweet and refreshing ice-cold Pornstar Martini! This is always our go-to cocktail all year round but more so in the warmer months.
Ingredients:
x1 handful Party Ice
x1 measure vodka
x1 measure Passoa
x1/2 measure sugar syrup
x1/2 measure lime juice
x1 measure pineapple juice
x1 measure Prosecco
Garnish: Passion fruit half
Method:
1. Add the ice and all the other ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake hard and strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Place a passionfruit half on top and it’s ready to serve. If you want to go all out, serve a shot of Prosecco on the side.
Kinder Bueno Freakshake
A chocolate lovers heaven! We absolutely love freakshakes here at The Ice Co and our Kinder Bueno one has to be up there with one of our favourites.
Ingredients:
x1 handful Party Ice
x1 Kinder Bueno bar
x1 cup of milk
Top with: Whipped cream
Garnish: Chocolate sprinkles
Optional: Doughnut & extra Bueno bar
Method:
1. Add the ice, milk and Kinder Bueno bar to a blender and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream.
3. Add sprinkles and serve! For extra wow add a doughnut and an extra Bueno bar.
Biscoff Iced Latte
If you like some added sweetness to your coffee then this is perfect for you. Serve with a side of Biscoff biscuits for the added treat. It’s also a great cooler to enjoy in the summer when the weather is warm!
Ingredients:
x2 handfuls of Party Ice
x1 tablespoon of Biscoff spread
x1-2 measures of hot coffee
Top up: Milk
Garnish: Biscoff biscuit
Method:
1. In a glass add the hot coffee and Biscoff spread. Stir well until the spread has melted.
2. Add Party Ice and some more hot water. Top up with milk.
3. Stir well again and serve!
Espresso Martini
If you like your coffee with a kick then this is the perfect cocktail for you!
Ingredients:
x1 handful of Party Ice
x1-2 measures of Vodka
x1 measure of Coffee Liqueur
x1 measure Vanilla Syrup or Sugar Syrup
x1 measure Hot Espresso Coffee
Method:
1. Add the ice and all the other ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a Martini glass.
3. Sprinkle a couple of coffee beans on top and serve!
