Woo Woo
This party favourite is so simple to create. It’s sweet and a great cocktail for your weekend tipple!
Ingredients:
x2 handfuls Crushed Ice or Party Ice
x1 measure vodka
x1 measure Peach Schnapps
Top up: Cranberry juice
Garnish: Lime slice
Method:
1. Fill the glass with Crushed Ice or Party Ice and pour in the vodka and peach schnapps.
2. Top with cranberry juice and stir well.
3. Garnish with a lime slice and serve!
Vodka Raspberry Lemonade
This homemade taste bud-tickling cocktail is perfect for sharing with family and friends.
Ingredients:
x2 handfuls Party Ice
x2 handfuls raspberries
x2 tbsp’s caster sugar
x2 lemons
x1 bottle sparkling water
x2 measures vodka
Garnish: Lemon Slice and raspberries
Ingredients:
1. Place ¾ of the raspberries in a bowl and toss with caster sugar. Puree through a sieve and pour evenly into each glass.
2. Grate the zest of 1 lemon into each drink and then squeeze the juice into the glass from the lemon. Then top with sparkling water.
3. Add the Party Ice and vodka before stirring well. Garnish and serve!
Cosmopolitan
A twist on the classic cosmo! The hint of raspberry is a simple easy way to sweeten it up.
Ingredients:
x1 handful Party Ice
x1 measure vodka
x1/2 measure raspberry syrup
x1/2 measure lime juice
Top up: Cranberry juice
Garnish: Raspberries
Method:
1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake and strain into a martini glass.
3. Add a handful of raspberries to the drink and serve!
Classic Mojito
A classic Mojito is popular all over the world and will be found on most cocktail menus! It’s refreshing and very easy to make.
Ingredients:
x1 handful Crushed Ice or Party Ice
x2 measures white rum
x12 mint leaves
x5 lime wedges
x2 tsp’s sugar
x3 measures soda water
Method:
1. Add lime wedges, mint and sugar into a highball glass and muddle together with a muddler or rolling pin.
2. Top with Crushed Ice or Party Ice and pour in the white rum and soda water before stirring well.
3. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve!
Whiskey Sour
Pair whiskey and orange to make the classic Whiskey Sour. You’ll need a cocktail shaker for this recipe!
Ingredients:
x3-4 Super Cubes
x1 measure: Bourbon Whiskey
x1/2 measure sugar syrup
x1/2 measure lemon juice
Top up: Orange juice
Garnish: Orange wheel
Method:
1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a lowball glass over 3-4 Super Cubes.
3. Garnish with an orange wheel and serve!
