If you love a bit of fizz in your drink, this one is for you! We’ve put together a selection of our favourite fizzy cocktails that are perfect for any occasion you may be celebrating this summer! From a sweet Parma Violet Surprise to a delicious Raspberry Martini Fizz, there is a cocktail for everybody to raise a glass and cheers!
Parma Violet Surpise
The sweetest surprise! This Parma Violet themed cocktail is the perfect purple cocktail for your next celebration.
Ingredients:
x1 handful Polar Cube Ice
x1 measure gin
x1/2 measure lemon juice
x1 measure violet syrup
Top up: Lemonade
Garnish: Parma Violet sweets
Method:
1. Build the cocktail in a glass by adding the ice, gin, lemon juice and violet syrup.
2. Stir well before topping up with the lemonade.
3. Garnish and serve!
You & Me
This romantic, easy to make cocktail is delicious! It’s fruity, fizzy and a great drink to celebrate anything love related!
Ingredients:
x1 handful Polar Cube Ice
x1 measure vodka
x1/2 measure lemon juice
x2 dashes grenadine
x1/2 measure sugar syrup
x1 handful love heart sweets
Method:
1. Add the ice and all the other ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake well and strain into a martini glass.
3. Serve with a side of Love Heart sweets and enjoy!
Raspberry Martini Fizz
A stylish sweet cocktail perfect for when you want something a little fancy on a special occasion. Serve with Champagne instead of Prosecco if you want to go all out!
Ingredients:
x1 handful Polar Cube Ice
x1 measure Martini Rosso
x1 measure gin
x1/2 teaspoon icing sugar
x1 handful raspberries
Top up: Prosecco
Method:
1. Add the ice, Martini Rosso and gin to a cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
2. Add the icing sugar to a glass and strain in the martini mix.
3. Top with Prosecco, add the raspberries and serve.

Shake up this irresistible recipe, which includes a range of Great British flavours to indulge in this Summer.
Ingredients:
x2 handfuls Polar Cube Ice
x1 & 1/2 measures vodka
x1/2 measure elderflower liqueur
x1/2 measure sugar syrup
x1/2 measure cloudy apple juice
x1/2 measure lime juice
x3 raspberries
x2 strawberries
Top up: Soda water
Ingredients:
1. Add the vodka, liqueur, apple juice, sugar syrup, lime juice and fruit to a cocktail shaker.
2. With a muddler, muddle the ingredients. Add one 1 handful of ice and shake.
3. Double strain into a glass of ice and top with soda water.
4. Garnish with a strawberry and enjoy!
Say It With Flowers
This ‘Say It With Flowers’ recipe is the perfect serve for your loved one to celebrate a special occasion!
Ingredients:
x1 handful Polar Cube Ice
x2 measures Boe Violet Gin
Top up: Rose Lemonade
Garnish: Rose Buds
Method:
1. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the Boe Violet Gin.
2. Top with rose lemonade and garnish with edible rose buds before serving.
