Having launched in 2014 from a stall at Brockley Market, Pritesh and his team are now trusted cocktail partners to some of the UK’s favourite hospitality brands. Selling a whopping 1 million cocktails, including a nationwide listing with Majestic Wines in 2021, Pritesh’s vision to bring innovative mixology to a wider audience has certainly come to life. Having championed ingredients such as chickpea water and nori seaweed in cocktails, Pritesh’s clever use of ingredients have also thrust him into the media spotlight.
Most prominently, Pritesh is the resident cocktail expert for Channel 4 Sunday Brunch. With over 40 shows presented since his debut in 2017, he is now one of the UK’s most recognisable cocktail experts. Pritesh has also adopted a similarly bold approach to flavour with World of Zing’s bottled cocktail range to provide exciting flavour experiences at home; from infusing seaweed into their now famous Persian Lime & Nori Margarita; and Bordeaux Cask Aging their signature Negroni; to creating fun seasonal concoctions such as their Hot Cross Bun-Hattan!
