Not only is pineapple juice a delicious beverage to sip on it’s own, you’ll find it in many of your favourite cocktails too! We’ve put together four of our favourite pineapple juice cocktails that will transport your taste buds to somewhere slightly more tropical!
Pornstar Martini
Found on pretty much every cocktail menu ever, we couldn’t miss out the classic cocktail that is a delicious Pornstar Martini! Why not double up this recipe and serve in a pitcher? Check out our Pornstar Pitcher recipe here
Ingredients:
x1 handful Party Ice
x1 measure Passoa
x1/2 measure sugar syrup
x1/2 measure lime juice
x1 measure pineapple juice
x1 measure Prosecco
Garnish: Passion fruit half
Method:
1. Add the ice and all the other ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake hard and strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Place a passionfruit half on top and it’s ready to serve. If you want to go all out, serve a shot of Prosecco on the side.
Pink Pineapple Passion
This is a blissful tropical treat to sip in the summer sunshine!
Ingredients:
x2 handfuls Party Ice
x1 & 1/2 measures Gin
x4 measures pineapple juice
x1 measure Campari Bitters
x1/2 measure lime juice
Garnish: Pineapple wedge
Garnish: Orange peel
Method:
1. Add 1 handful of ice and all the other ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a tall glass of the remaining large ice cubes.
3. Garnish with a pineapple chunk, orange peel and serve!
Vanilla Pleaser
A sweet vanilla flavoured cocktail, with pineapple, orange and vanilla. Add Angostura Bitters to tie together all of the ingredients. Enjoy with friends as a weekend treat.
Ingredients:
x1 handful Party Ice
x2 measures vodka
x1 measure vanilla liqueur
x1 dash Angostura Bitters
Top up: Pineapple juice
Garnish: Orange slice
Method:
1. Fill a glass with ice and add in the vanilla liqueur and vodka.
2. Add the dash of bitters and top up with pineapple juice.
3. Garnish with an orange slice and serve!
Strawberry Moon Colada
Our Strawberry Moon Colada is inspired by the ‘Coconut’ Little Moon flavour and we think this is the perfect cocktail to pair it with.
Ingredients:
x1 handful Party Ice
x1 measure white rum
x1 measure strawberry liqueur
x2 measures pineapple juice
x1 measure coconut milk
Garnish: Coconut Little Moon, strawberry and pineapple
Method:
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender with the ice.
2. Blend until smooth, serve and garnish with a Coconut Little Moon!
