Definitely one to save for a summer day, these five cocktail fish bowls are perfect for when you’re hosting family or friends. Instead of splashing the cash on a hundred different beers, spirits and mixers, why not try one of the delicious recipes below – easy to make and serve, you’ll have the party started in no time!
Blue Lagoon Fish Bowl
Bright, blue and bursting with flavour, this tropical inspired fish bowl is ideal for when you’re having friends round!
Ingredients
x 250ml vodka
x 250ml blue curacao
x 1l lemonade
x 1 bag of Party Ice
Garnish: maraschino cherries and orange wedges
Method
1. Add the vodka and blue curacao to your fishbowl and stir, then fill with half a bag of Party Ice. Add the lemonade and stir to combine.
2. Garnish your jug with orange wedges and maraschino cherries.
3. To serve fill your glass with Party Ice and pour the cocktail over the top, adding an extra cherry and orange wedge on top to serve. Enjoy!
Raspberry Mojito Fish Bowl
You really can’t go wrong with a mojito, and this raspberry-flavoured recipe is no exception!
Ingredients
x 1 bag Polar Cube ice
x 4 handfuls Crushed Ice
x 450g Raspberries of fresh lime juice
x 4 limes, juiced
x 300ml White Rum
x 1L Soda Water
Garnish: Mint Sprigs, Raspberries & Lime Wedges
For the Mint Syrup:
x 2 cups Water
x 1 cup Sugar
x 1 Cup Mint Leaves
Method
For the Mint Simple Syrup:
1. Over a medium high heat, bring the sugar and water to a low boil in a saucepan. Stir until the sugar dissolves and then simmer few more minutes without stirring.
2. When the mixture has reduced to half the amount you started with remove from the heat. Add the mint leaves to a bowl and pour the syrup over them and cover until cooled, sitting for around an hour before straining ready to use.
For the Mojitos:
1. Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of your fishbowl with the mint simple syrup. Add the rum and lime juice then stir until combined. Add to the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.
2. When ready to serve add the Polar Cube ice and soda water and stir gently.
3. Pour into glasses filled with Crushed Ice and garnish with a sprig of mint, a lime wedge and raspberries to serve.
Summer Punch Bowl
British summertime wouldn’t be complete without at least one punch, and this elderflower-based recipe is certain to hit the spot!
Ingredients
x 4 handfuls Party Ice
x 250ml vodka
x 250ml elderflower liqueur
x 500ml apple juice
x 125ml sparkling water
x 125ml lemon juice
x 50g caster sugar
Garnish: lemon slices and summer herbs (mint, basil, verbena)
Method
1. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
2. Transfer to the bowl that you’re using to serve the punch, then add the vodka, elderflower liqueur, apple juice and sparkling water. Fill to the top with ice and stir gently.
3. Garnish with lemon slices, summer herbs, and serve immediately.
Strawberry Lemonade Fish Bowl
Strawberry and lemon = summer. It’s as simple as that.
Ingredients
x 4 handfuls Crushed Ice
x 180ml strawberry vodka
x 60ml white rum
x 90ml strawberry liqueur
x 240ml lemonade
x 30ml simple syrup
x 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
Garnish: strawberry slices and lemon slices
Method
1. Add a generous amount of Crushed Ice to the pitcher or bowl you’re using.
2. Pour over strawberry vodka, white rum, strawberry liqueur, lemonade, simple syrup and lemon juice and stir gently to mix.
3. Garnish with strawberry slices and lemon slices and serve.
Green Apple Fish Bowl

Ingredients
x 4 handfuls Party Ice
x 180ml vodka
x 120ml sour green apple liqueur
x 90ml orange liqueur
x 60ml melon liqueur
x 120ml lemon and lime soda
x 120ml sparkling apple cider
Garnish: Apple slices, herbs, lemon and lime slices
Method
1. Add a generous amount of Party Ice to the bowl you’re using.
2. Pour over vodka, sour green apple liqueur, orange liqueur, melon liqueur, lemon and lime soda and sparkling apple cider. Stir gently to mix.
3. Garnish with apple slices, lemon & lime and fresh herbs to serve.
