Ingredients
x 1 bottle of red wine
x 1 cup of brandy
x 1/2 cup of orange juice
x 1/2 cup of sugar syrup
x 1 sliced orange
x 1 sliced lemon
x 1 sliced lime
x 2 cups of Party Ice
Method
1. In a large pitcher, combine the wine, brandy, orange juice, and sugar syrup.
2. Add the sliced fruit and stir to combine.
3. Refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavours meld together.
4. When ready to serve, add the Party Ice to the pitcher and stir.
5. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Watermelon Margarita

Ingredients
x 1/2 watermelon, cubed
x 1 cup of tequila
x 1/2 cup of lime juice
x 1/2 cup of sugar syrup
x 2 cups of Party Ice
x Salt for rimming the glasses
Method
1. In a blender, puree the watermelon until smooth.
2. Strain the watermelon puree through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher.
3. Add the tequila, lime juice, and sugar syrup to the pitcher and stir to combine.
4. When ready to serve, rim the glasses with salt.
5. Fill the glasses with Party Ice and pour the watermelon margarita over the ice.

Peach Bellini
Fruity, sweet, tangy cocktail made with peach puree and Prosecco; the Peach Bellini is a classic summer cocktail that’s perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
x 2 cups of peaches, sliced
x 1/2 cup of peach schnapps
x 1 bottle of Prosecco
x 2 cups of Party Ice
Method
1. In a blender, puree the peaches and peach schnapps until smooth.
2. Strain the peach mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher.
3. Add the Prosecco to the pitcher and stir to combine.
4. When ready to serve, add a couple of cubes of Party Ice to each glass and pour in the Peach Bellini.
5. Garnish with a slice of peach and enjoy!
Raspberry Mojito Pitcher
The ultimate party pleaser, a raspberry mojito is a refreshing cocktail with a tangy and invigorating taste that will undoubtedly get everyone up and in their dancing shoes!
Ingredients
x 1 bag Polar Cube ice
x 4 handfuls Crushed Ice
x 450g Raspberries of fresh lime juice
x 4 limes, juiced
x 300ml White Rum
x 1L Soda Water
Garnish: Mint Sprigs, Raspberries & Lime Wedges
For the Mint Syrup:
x 2 cups Water
x 1 cup Sugar
x 1 Cup Mint Leaves
Method
For the Mint Simple Syrup:
1. Over a medium high heat, bring the sugar and water to a low boil in a saucepan. Stir until the sugar dissolves and then simmer few more minutes without stirring.
2. When the mixture has reduced to half the amount you started with remove from the heat. Add the mint leaves to a bowl and pour the syrup over them and cover until cooled, sitting for around an hour before straining ready to use.
For the Mojitos:
1. Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of your fishbowl with the mint simple syrup. Add the rum and lime juice then stir until combined. Add to the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.
2. When ready to serve add the Polar Cube ice and soda water and stir gently.
3. Pour into glasses filled with Crushed Ice and garnish with a sprig of mint, a lime wedge and raspberries to serve.
Strawberry Lemonade Vodka Punch
This delicious and fruity cocktail is perfect for a summer party. It’s a little sweet, a little tart, and definitely packs a punch.
Ingredients
x 1 cup of vodka
x 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice
x 1/2 cup of sugar syrup
x 1 punnet of fresh strawberries, sliced
x 1 large bottle of lemonade
x 2 lemons
x 2 cups of Party Ice
Method
1. In a large pitcher, combine the vodka, lemon juice, and sugar syrup.
2. Add the sliced strawberries and stir to combine.
3. When ready to serve, add ice to the glasses and pour the strawberry vodka mixture over the ice.
4. Top with lemonade and garnish with a strawberry slice, and lemon wedge.
