1. Old Fashioned

Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 2 measures bourbon whiskey
x 3 dashes Angostura bitters
x 1 measure sugar syrup
Garnish: Orange zest twist & a cherry
Method
1. Add 2 ice cubes to a glass and pour in 1 measure of bourbon and stir.
2. Then add the sugar syrup, Angostura bitters and the rest of the ice cubes and stir well.
3. Garnish with an orange zest twist, cherry and serve!
2. Lemon Drop Martini
The martini is a timeless cocktail that has been enjoyed for generations. It is made with gin or vodka and vermouth and is typically served with a twist of lemon or olive. This twist on a classic is made with limoncello and has a clean and crisp taste perfect for a Murder Mystery Night. It is also versatile, as it can be made with a variety of garnishes and flavors.
Ingredients
x 2 handfuls Party Ice
x 2 measures vodka
x 1 measure Limoncello
x 1/2 measure Triple Sec
Juice of a 1/4 lemon
x 1 tsp sugar
Garnish: sugar for rim of glass & a lemon wheel
Method
1. Combine vodka, triple sec, Limoncello, sugar & lemon juice in a shaker, fill with Party Ice and shake.
2. Rim glass with lemon wedge and dip it in sugar.
3. Strain your martini into the glass & garnish with a lemon wheel.
3. Spiced Apple Tonic
This mocktail is a fresh yet crisp beverage to quench your thirst while you sleuth! With a delicious apple taste and botanical undertones, it’s definitely one to remember for what to drink when you’re not drinking.
Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 2 measures Clean V Spiced Apple
Top up: Elderflower tonic water
Garnish: Apple slice and lime wheel
Method
1. Fill a highball glass with Polar Cube.
2. Add Clean V Spiced Apple and top up with elderflower tonic.
3. Garnish with an apple slice, lime wedge and serve.
4. Dark and Mysterious
Nothing says ‘dark and mysterious’ more than an espresso martini. The flavour of the coffee combined with vodka creates the perfect concoction that will keep you awake and alert while you solve the mystery!
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 1-2 measures vodka
x 1 measure coffee liqueur
x 1 measure vanilla syrup or sugar syrup
x 1 measure hot espresso coffee
Method
1. Add the ice and all the other ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a Martini glass.
3. Sprinkle a couple of coffee beans on top and serve!
5. Sober Sleuth
A delicious berry mocktail perfect to enjoy at your Murder Mystery night with friends and family. Add plenty of fresh blackberries and Party Ice to keep it fruity and cool while you take a stab at solving the mystery.
Ingredients
x 6 handful Party Ice
x 6 cups water
x 4 handfuls blackberries
x 3/4 measure sugar syrup
x 1 measure lime juice
Garnish: Lime slice
Method
1. Add 1 cup of water and all the blackberries to a blend and blend for 30 seconds.
2. Once smooth, sieve into a large pitcher discarding the seeds.
3. Add the remaining water, Party Ice, lime juice and sugar syrup to a pitcher and stir.
4. After the sugar syrup has dissolved, add a lime slice to each glass and serve!
