Nights out are getting increasingly more expensive, so we’ve pulled together a mix of five mouth-watering gin cocktails that you can make for just over £10 per person (Less than your average taxi to the club!). With everyone still feeling the sting of inflation and the cost of living crisis, we want to make it as easy and affordable as possible for you to catch up with your mates and enjoy a cocktail or two without breaking the bank. We’ve included a full shopping list as well as recipes for each tasty gin tipple, just don’t forget the ice!

- X 2 Fevertree Rhubarb & Raspberry Tonic Water (500ML) – £4

Tom Collins
Ingredients
x 1 Handful of Polar Cube ice
x 40ml Gin
x 25ml Lemon Juice
x 25ml Sugar Syrup
Top up: Soda Water
Garnish: Lemon Wheel and a Maraschino Cherry
Method
1. Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a collins glass.
2. Fill the glass with Polar Cube, top up with soda water and stir gently.
3. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a maraschino cherry.
Gin and Tonic
Ingredients
x 2 Super Cubes
x 40ml Gin
Top Up: Fevertree Rhubarb & Raspberry Tonic Water
Garnish: Raspberries
Method
1. Add your Super Cubes to the glass then add the gin.
2. Top up with the Fevertree tonic water and garnish with fresh raspberries.
Italian 75
Ingredients
x 1 Handful of Party Ice
x 25ml Gin
x 20ml Lemon Juice
x 15ml Sugar Syrup
Top up: Prosecco
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup
2. Shake well and strain into a champagne flute.
3. Gently stir and garnish with a lemon twist.
Orange Sour
Ingredients
x 1 Handful of Party Ice
x 1 Handful of Polar Cube ice
x 40ml Gin
x 20ml Sugar Syrup
Juice of 2 Orange Wedges
x 20ml Lemon Juice
x 15ml Egg White
Garnish: Orange Twist
Method
1. Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a collins glass.
2. Fill the glass with Polar Cube, top up with soda water and stir gently.
3. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a maraschino cherry.
Spiked Strawberry Lemonade
Ingredients
x 1 Handful of Polar Cube ice
x 20ml Gin
x 50g Strawberries
Juice of 1 lemon
x 2tbsp Honey
x 175ml Sparkling Water
Garnish: Lemon Wheel and a Strawberry
Method
1. Add strawberries, lemon juice, gin and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Fill a glass with Polar Cube ice & add the strawberry puree. Pour sparkling water over the ice and stir gently.
3. To serve garnish with a wheel of lemon and a strawberry, enjoy!
