Easter is approaching and although many of you may think of a time when Easter egg hunts and crafting activities are rife as a time for children, well, we are here to remind you that adults can enjoy Easter too! That is why we would like to share six delicious Easter cocktails, mocktails or milkshake recipes for you to enjoy making this Easter weekend. We’ve included a variety of tastes to meet all preferences however… with it being Easter we may have been slightly biased towards those with a sweet tooth!
Malteser Bunny Martini
Kicking off with an Easter staple, the Malteser bunny. Trigger warning: this one can feel a little gruesome on the bunny, but the deliciously malty outcome is worth it. Begin by crushing a Malteser bunny into fine pieces and adding it to a shaker of Party Ice with chocolate sauce, milk, and vodka. Then, be sure to double-strain the contents into a martini glass so it is smooth. Garnish with Malteser bunnies and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
x 1 Handful of Party Ice
x 40ml vodka
X 15ml chocolate sauce
X 1 crushed Malteser bunny
X 80ml milk
GARNISH: Malteser chocolate bunnies
Carrot Margarita
This recipe is to make yourself or your guests something a little out-of-the-box this easter. We’ve ditched the Easter bunnies’ chocolate and opted for his carrots instead, while still supplying the same sweetness. To begin, add a tablespoon of salt and sugar to a saucer and mix. To rim the glass in preparation for your carrot margarita, rub a lime wedge on the rim and dip into the mixture. Next, fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add tequila, Cointreau, carrot juice, orange juice, and lime juice before shaking to combine. Lastly, add two Super Cubes to your glass and strain the contents of the shaker over the ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and carrot ribbon, then enjoy your carrot margarita!

Mini Egg Milkshake
Calling all Mini Egg fanatics! this recipe is a must for you. Chocolatey, creamy, and delicious there isn’t much wrong with this, the only issue is that you’ll struggle to make this all-year round. Begin by coating the rim of your glass with chocolate icing and roll in chopped Mini Eggs, be sure to place your glass in the fridge to set whilst you continue to make the milkshake. Add a handful of Mini Eggs, vanilla ice cream, and Party Ice to a blender and blend until smooth. Drizzle the inside of your glass with chocolate sauce and add the milkshake. Garnish with whipped cream and Mini Eggs and enjoy!

x 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Nutella Martini
Do you agree that the scraps of a Nutella jar just seem like such a waste? Well, if you’ve ever found yourself cleaning it with a teaspoon or tongue, we’ve got a much better alternative. Grab your almost empty jar and pour in vodka, hazelnut liqueur, and milk, then apply the lid and shake to combine. Next, rim a martini glass with Nutella before double-straining the contents of the shaker. To serve, garnish with a Strawberry (which is perfect for dipping).

x 25ml hazelnut liqueur
x 75ml milk

White Rabbit Cocktail
This recipe is perfect for the white chocolate lovers! Perfectly paired with a refreshing citrus taste of spring, this is the perfect recipe for those who want to jump on the chocolate bandwagon without fully diving in. Begin by filling a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add gin, amaretto, milk, lemon curd, and vanilla extract before shaking to combine. Fill a tall glass with Polar Cube ice, then double-strain your cocktail into the glass. To serve, garnish with edible flowers to complete that taste of spring.

Creme Egg Freakshake
Now for the grand finale…the Creme Egg freakshake. It’s creamy, chocolatey, and the perfect way to use up any Creme Eggs you may have left over (if any!). Begin by blending the milk, ice, and Creme Eggs until smooth. Drizzle chocolate sauce on the inside of the glass and pour in the milkshake. To finish, top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and garnish with a Creme Egg. Enjoy your Creme Egg freakshake!
