French 75
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
X 20ml Lemon Juice
X 10ml Sugar Syrup
X 30ml Gin
Top up: Champagne
Garnish: Lemon Zest
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the lemon juice, sugar syrup and gin. Shake well to combine.
2. Strain the cocktail into a champagne flute and top up with champagne.
3. Stir gently with a cocktail stirrer and garnish with a strip of lemon zest to serve.
Champagne Mojito
Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube Ice
x 5 mint leaves
x 25ml Rum
Juice of ½ a lime
x 1tsp sugar syrup
A few dashes of bitters
Top up: Champagne
Method
1. Fill a wine glass with Polar Cube ice. Hold the mint leaves in one hand and clap the other over the top to release the flavours of the mint.
2. Drop the leaves into the glass and then add the rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and bitters.
3. Stir gently and top up with champagne to serve.
Kir Royale
Ingredients
x 15ml Crème de Cassis
Top Up: Champagne
Garnish: Lemon twist and fresh raspberries
Method
1. Pour the Crème de cassis into a champagne flute.
2. Top up with champagne
3. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon twist.
Blackberry & Mint Vodka Fizz
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
X 1 handful Super Cubes
X 4-6 Mint leaves
X 60ml Vodka
X 7.5 Simple syrup
X 30ml Lime juice
Top up: Champagne or prosecco
Method
1. Add the blackberries and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
2. Add the mint leaves and muddle gently, be careful not to crush.
3. Add the vodka, lime juice and Party Ice then shake well.
Sgroppino
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
X 1 scoop lemon sorbet
X 30ml Vodka
X 60ml Prosecco
Garnish: Mint and lemon wheels
Method
1. Add the Party Ice, vodka, prosecco and lemon sorbet to a blender and blend until you get a thick, slushie like consistency.
2. Pour the frozen cocktail into a glass and garnish with the mint and lemon wheels. Enjoy your Sgroppino!
