This summer is set to be packed full of football with UEFA Euro 2024 landing in June and the Nations League coming to us in September. With lots of the matches landing mid-week, we are here to support the designated drivers and the 9-5 workers who are ditching the pints and looking for delicious non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy during the football this summer.
Ginger Breeze Brew Mocktail
Ingredients
x 2 Super Cubes
x 90ml Pineapple Juice
Juice of ½ a lime
Top Up: Ginger Beer
Garnish: Lime wheels
Method
1. Add 2 Super Cubes to a short glass and add the pineapple juice and the juice of ½ a lime. Stir to combine.
2. Top the glass up with ginger beer.
3. To serve, garnish with 1 or 2 lime wheels. Enjoy!
Virgin Salty Dog
Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 45ml Lime Juice
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 30ml Grapefruit Juice
x 30ml Agave Syrup
x 1 pinch Sea Salt
Garnish: Lime wedge, salt & Grapefruit Wedge
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add all the ingredients. Shake well to combine.
2. Add salt to a plate, then rub your lime wedge around the rim of the glass before dipping into the salt to coat. Fill a glass with Polar Cube ice and strain in your cocktail.
3. To serve, garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
Rhubarb Refresher
Ingredients
x 4 handfuls Party Ice
x 1 measure rhubarb syrup
x 1/2 cup lime juice
Top up: Ginger beer
Garnish: Lime wedges
Method
1. Add the rhubarb syrup and lime juice to a large jug or pitcher and mix.
2. Fill the jug half full with ice and add the ginger beer.
3. Stir well before garnishing with lime wedges.
Moscow Mule Mocktail
Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 30ml Pear Syrup
Juice of 1/2 a Lime
Top up: Ginger Beer
Garnish: An orange wheel & a cherry
Method
1. Take a Collins glass and mix the pear syrup and lime juice together.
2. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice and top up with Ginger beer.
3. Garnish with an orange wheel and a cherry. Enjoy your Moscow Mule Mocktail!
Watermelon Cooler
Ingredients
x 4 handfuls of Party Ice
x 1 whole watermelon
x 2 Lime
x 1 bottle lemonade or sparkling water
Method
1. Remove the skin and pips of a watermelon, cut into chunks and add to a blender. Save some slices of watermelon for later!
2. Add 2 handfuls of party ice and the juice of 1 lime. Blend for 30 seconds or until mixed.
3. Pour into a drinks dispenser over 2 handfuls of ice and top with lemonade or sparkling water. Add slices of lime and watermelon for decoration. It’s now ready to serve!
