For a sophisticated and elegant celebration, why not host a vintage afternoon tea party! Decorate your venue with vintage-inspired décor such as lace tablecloths, embroidered napkins, and beautiful floral arrangements, as well as a selection of vintage teapots, teacups and glasses.
In addition to tea and other soft drinks, be sure offer a variety of alcoholic beverages for guests to enjoy too – it is a hen party after all! For a touch of luxury, you can serve prosecco or champagne to guests on arrival but be sure to stand it in ice bucket filled to the top with plenty of Party Ice to keep it at its best. Ingredients
- x1 Bag of Polar Cube
- x1 Chamomile Tea Bag
- x100ml Pink Gin
- x100ml Spiced Rum
- x100ml Elderflower Cordial
- x100ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
- Garnish: Sprigs of Thyme
Method
- Brew the chamomile tea bag with 500ml boiling water for a few minutes before removing the teabag and leaving to cool.
- Fill your jug with Polar Cube ice, saving a few cubes for each glass. Add the pink gin, rum, elderflower cordial, grapefruit juice and cooled tea to the jug and stir. Add in a few sprigs of thyme and stir again.
- Fill glasses with Polar Cube and add the iced tea. Garnish with a sprig of thyme to serve, enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1x handful of Party Ice
- 1x handful Polar Cube Ice
- 30ml raspberry gin
- 15ml simple syrup
- 15ml lemon juice
- 90ml cranberry juice
- Rosé prosecco- top up
- Lemon wedge and raspberries
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice followed by the gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and cranberry juice. Shake well.
- Fill a highball glass with Polar Cube Ice and strain the cocktail over.
- Top up the glass with rosé prosecco
- Garnish with raspberries and a lemon wedge.

Method:
1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass, garnish and enjoy.
Tropical Beach Theme

Ingredients
x1 Handful Polar Cube ice
x5 Raspberries
x50ml Gin
x25ml Simple Syrup
1/2 a lemon
Top Up: Soda Water
Garnish: Lemon Wheel and Raspberry
Method
- Add the raspberries and simple syrup to a tall glass and muddle.
- Add the gin and lemon juice, stirring well to combine, then fill the glass with Polar Cube ice.
- Top up with soda water, stir and garnish with a lemon wheel and a raspberry. Enjoy your raspberry collins!
