This year, shake things up with these five fabulous cocktails that are guaranteed to make Father’s Day unforgettable —one sip at a time!
Bourbon Limoncello Breeze
Sweet, strong and served best over our wonderful Super Cubes, this is a firm favourite for a mid-June treat for dad, a combination made in heaven with the rich, smokiness of the bourbon that we all know Dad’s love, complimented perfectly by the refreshing taste of Limoncello. See full recipe below.
Ingredients:
x Serves 1
x 1 Handful of Party Ice
x 2-3 Super Cubes
x 1 Lemon Wheel
x 1 Sprig of Rosemary
x 60ml of Bourbon
x 30ml of Limoncello
x 15ml of Honey
Garnish: Lemon Wheel & Rosemary Sprig
Method:
1. Grab a cocktail shaker and add the honey, fresh rosemary and lemon wheel, then muddle them together.
2. Fill the cocktail shaker with Party Ice then add the Bourbon and Limoncello, shake well to combine.
3. Add 2-3 Super Cubes to a rocks glass and strain the cocktail over the ice, to serve garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of rosemary and let Dad enjoy his refreshing Bourbon Limoncello Breeze.
Tiramisu Temptation
Imagine a cocktail that’s like a hug in a glass for dad —bold, smooth, and just a touch indulgent. Meet the Tiramisu Temptation, a delightful concoction of dark rum, espresso, and tiramisu syrup. x 2-3 Super Cubes
x 30ml of Dark Rum
x 30ml of Espresso
x 25ml of Tiramisu Syrup
Garnish: A piece of Dark Chocolate
Method:
1. In a tall glass add the dark rum, espresso and tiramisu syrup then mix with a bar spoon to combine.
2. Add 2-3 Super Cubes to a rocks glass and then pour the cocktail over the ice.
3. To serve, garnish with a slab of dark chocolate and then hand over to Dad to enjoy his delicious Tiramisu Temptation!
Coronarita

x 1 Handful of Party Ice
x 1 Mini Corona/ 330ml Corona
x 40ml Tequila
x 20ml Triple Sec
x 20ml Lime Juice
Garnish: Salt, Lime Wedge, Lime Wheel
Method:
1. Fill your cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the tequila, triple sec and lime, shake well to combine.
2. Rim the edge of your glass with a lime wedge and dip into the salt to coat the rim.
3. Strain the cocktail into the glass and add an upturned mini corona or top up with a lager bottle. To serve, garnish with a lime wheel and let Dad sip away on his Coronarita!
Campari IPA
This Father’s Day, why settle for ordinary when you can raise the bar with a Campari IPA cocktail? Meet the drink that’s blends the hoppy zest of Dad’s Beloved Beavertown Neck Oil IPA with the bold bitterness of Campari. x 150ml Beavertown Neck Oil IPA
Top Up: Sparkling Orange Juice
Garnish With: Orange Peel
Method:
1. Add 2-3 Super Cubes to a rocks glass.
2. Add 25ml of Campari and top up with 150ml IPA.
3. Add a splash of sparkling orange juice and rub a piece of orange peel around the rim of the glass, then serve to Dad for Father’s Day!
Lemon Shandy Sangria (with Mocktail Alternative)
This Father’s Day, let’s serve up a cocktail that’s as refreshing and summery as this British weather! (kind of). Made with our beloved Polar Cube ice, say hello to the Lemon Shandy Sangria, a delightful blend of lemonade, ginger ale, lager, and a hint of elderflower in a pitcher. It’s the perfect drink for the dad who’s always full of surprises and knows how to keep things interesting. What’s more, is for Dad’s opting for a sober Father’s Day, the lemon shandy sangria has you covered with a mocktail alternative that’s just as delicious with none of the booze. x 200ml of Lemonade
x 200ml of Ginger Ale
x 400ml of Lager
x 100ml Elderflower Liqueur
x 100ml Lemon Juice

1. Fill your pitcher with Polar Cube ice then add the lemonade, ginger ale, lager, lemon juice and elderflower liqueur.
2. Next, chop citrus fruit into wheels and stir into the pitcher.
