Emily in Paris Rose Spritz
Kicking off with the ultimate Emily in Paris Spritz – sweet, sophisticated and chic, the Emily in Paris Spritz will transport you straight through the Channel at a fraction of the cost, served best with Polar Cube ice.
Ingredients:
x 2 handfuls Polar Cube ice
x 60ml Lillet Rosé
x 120ml rosé champagne
x 30ml strawberry purée
Garnish: sprig of mint and strawberries
Method:
1. Fill a glass with Polar Cube ice.
2. Add the Lillet Rosé, champagne, and strawberry purée and stir gently to combine.
3. Garnish with strawberries and a mint sprig, enjoy your Emily in Paris Rosé Spritz!
Aperol Hot Honey Spritz
If you enjoy opting for something daring, sip on a Hot Honey Aperol Spritz and become Emily in Italy, the spin off we never knew we needed. This spicy twist on a classic cocktail combines sweetness and plenty of heat, just like Emily’s love interests. Served best with Super Cubes.
Ingredients:
x 2-3 Super Cubes
x 1 handful of Party Ice
x 40ml of Aperol
x 45ml hot honey syrup
x juice of 1/2 a lemon
garnish: orange slice & mini chili pepper
Method:
1. To make the hot honey syrup, muddle a slice of habanero in 30ml hot water, then add 60ml honey, stir to combine then strain out the habanero.
2. Add a handful of Party Ice to a cocktail shaker then add the Aperol, hot honey syrup, and lemon juice. shake well to combine.
3. Add 2-3 Super Cubes to a short glass and strain in the cocktail. add the soda water, then top up with prosecco, stir briefly and gently to combine.
4. To serve, garnish with an orange slice and a mini chili pepper, enjoy your Hot Honey Aperol Spritz!
Elderflower Hugo Spritz Sharer
If Emily in Paris with an Italian twist sounds like your thing but you can’t handle the spice, why not try the deliciously florally Elderflower Hugo Spritz Sharer? a sweet cocktail that captures all the charm you need to get into the Emily in Paris spirit with your best friends, served best with Polar Cube ice.
Ingredients:
x 1 bag Polar Cube ice
x 475ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
x 235ml soda water
x 1 bottle prosecco
x 10 lime slices
x 1 handful mint leaves
Garnish: mint sprig and a lime wheel
Method:
1. Fill a jug 1/3 full with Polar Cube ice and add the St-Germain and soda water.
2. Add the prosecco with the lime slices and mint leaves, stirring to combine.
3. Fill each glass with Polar Cube ice and add the Hugo Spritz.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel and sprig of mint to serve, enjoy your Elderflower Hugo Spritz Sharer!

Ingredients:
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 85ml Lillet Blanc
x 2 strawberries (sliced)
x 3 sprigs of thyme
x 150ml prosecco
Garnish: a sprig of thyme and a strawberry
Method:
1. Add the Lillet Blanc, strawberries, and thyme to a glass before filling with Polar Cube ice.
2. Add the prosecco and stir to combine.
3. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a strawberry, enjoy your Lillet Strawberry Spritzer!
Limoncello Spritz
Bright and zesty, the Limoncello Spritz is the perfect cocktail to capture the sunny, spontaneous spirit of Emily in Paris, served best with Polar Cube ice.
Ingredients:
x 2 handfuls Polar Cube ice
x 60ml Limoncello
x 90ml sparkling white wine
x Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Top up: sparkling water
Garnish: lemon wheels and mint
Method:
1. In a large wine glass, add 2 handfuls Polar Cube ice.
2. Add the limoncello, lemon juice, and sparkling white wine to your glass, then top up with sparkling water, stirring briefly to mix.
