With Halloween celebrations out of the way and Christmas looming around the corner, all eyes are on Bonfire Night and we’ve got all the autumn drinks recipes you need to get you in the mood this weekend. With tipples inspired by childhood favourite Toffee Apples as well as Pumpkin Spice cocktails and milkshakes, there’s something here for everyone to enjoy beside the bonfire.
Bonfire Night Cocktail
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2 Super Cubes
x 50ml Vodka
x 50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
x 25 Salted Caramel Syrup
Garnish: 2 Slices of Apple and a Mini Sparkler
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add all ingredients. Shake well to combine.
2. Add two Super Cubes to a rocks glass and strain the cocktail over the ice.
3. Garnish with two slices of apple and a mini sparkler. Enjoy your Toffee Apple Cocktail!
Apple Cider Fizz Mocktail
Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 35ml Ginger Syrup
x 30ml Fresh Orange Juice
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
Top Up: Sparkling Apple Juice
Garnish: Coarse Sugar, Lemon wedge and 2 Apple slices
Method
1. Add your coarse sugar to a saucer and rub a lemon wedge around the rim of your glass before dipping into the sugar. Set glass aside.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the ginger syrup, orange juice and lemon juice. Shake well to combine.
3. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice and strain in your cocktail, then top up with the sparkling apple juice. To serve, garnish with 2 slices of apple. Enjoy your Apple Cider Fizz Mocktail!
Toffee Apple Milkshake
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 150ml Milk
x 2tbsp Tinned Apple Filling
x 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
x 10ml Toffee Sauce
Garnish: Whipped Cream, Sticky Toffee Apple & Hundreds and Thousands
Method
1. Add Party Ice, milk, apple filling, vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Grab a Kilner jar and drizzle toffee sauce around the inside before pouring the milkshake into the glass.
3. To serve, top with whipped cream and garnish with a sticky toffee apple and a sprinkle of hundreds and thousands. Enjoy your Sticky Toffee Apple Milkshake!
Campfire Mule
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ic
x 2 Super Cubes
x 60ml Bourbon
x 15ml Lime Juice
x 1/2tbsp Maple Syrup
Top Up: Ginger Beer
Garnish: Blackened Marshmallows
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the bourbon, lime juice and maple syrup. shake well to combine.
2. Fill a glass with Super Cubes and strain the mix over the ice. Top up with ginger beer.
3. To serve, add 2 marshmallows to a cocktail stick and lightly toast before sitting on the rim of the glass. Enjoy your Campfire Mule!
Toffee Apple Spritz
Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 50ml Toffee Apple Kin Vodka
x 100ml Apple Juice
Top Up: Sparkling Wine
Garnish: Cinnamon, Apple Wedge, Cinnamon Stick and a Thyme sprig
Method
1. Add 1tsp cinnamon to a saucer, rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass then dip into the cinnamon to coat. Set glass aside.
2. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice and add the Kin Toffee Apple Vodka and apple juice. Top up with sparkling wine.
3. To serve, garnish with an apple wedge, a cinnamon stick and a fresh sprig of thyme.
Pumpkin Spice White Chocolate Cream Frappe
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 150ml Milk
x 15ml White Chocolate Sauce
x 20ml Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Garnish: Whipped Cream and Chai Powder
Method
1. Add the Party Ice, milk, white chocolate sauce and pumpkin spice syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the contents of the blender into a Kilner jar.
3. To serve, top with whipped cream and sprinkle over the chai powder. Enjoy your Pumpkin Spice White Chocolate Cream Frappe!
Aperol Pumpkin Spice Margarita
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2 Super Cubes
x 25ml Tequila
x 20ml Aperol
x 15ml Cointreau
x 20ml Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Juice of 1/2 a Lime
Garnish: Dehydrated Orange Slice
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the tequila, Aperol, Cointreau, pumpkin spice syrup and lime juice, shake well to combine.
2. In a rocks glass, add 2 Super Cubes and strain the cocktail over the ice.
3. To serve, garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel. Enjoy your Pumpkin Spice Aperol Margarita!
Apple Cider Pomegranate Spritz
Ingredients
x 2 handfuls Polar Cube ice
x 50ml Campari
x 30ml Pomegranate Juice
x 30ml Apple Cider
Top Up: Prosecco
Garnish: Pomegranate Seeds, Apple Slices and a Cinnamon Stick
Method
1. Fill a large wine glass with Polar Cube Ice. Add the Campari, apple cider and pomegranate juice.
2. Top up with prosecco and stir gently to combine ingredients.
3. To serve, garnish with apple slices, pomegranate seeds and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy your Apple Cider Pomegranate Spritz!
Cinnamon Whiskey Crush
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 45ml Jack Daniels Tennessee Apple
x 15ml Cinnamon Syrup
x 1 dash Aromatic Bitters
Juice of a 1/4 Lemon
Garnish: Apple Slice
Method
1. Fill your shaker with Party Ice and then add all the ingredients.
2. Shake well until chilled.
3. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a slice of apple. Enjoy your Cinnamon Whiskey Crush.
Autumn Old Fashioned
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2-3 Super Cubes
x 60ml Bourbon
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
x 1tbsp Pumpkin Jam
x 1-2 dashes Orange Bitters
x 30ml Spiced Honey Syrup
Top Up: Ginger Beer
Garnish: Coarse Sugar, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Cayenne Pepper & a Lemon Wedge
Method
1. Combine your coarse sugar, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon and Cayenne Pepper on a saucer. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of your glass and dip into the mixture, then set aside.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with party ice and add your honey syrup, bourbon, lemon juice, apple spread and bitters. Shake well to combine.
3. Add 2-3 Super Cubes to your glass and strain the cocktail over the ice. To serve garnish with cinnamon sticks, enjoy your Autumn Old Fashioned!
Apple Crumble
Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 30ml Vodka
x 30ml Dry Vermouth
x 50ml Apple Juice
x 1 slice of Apple
Top Up: Ginger Ale
Garnish: 50ml Vanilla Syrup, 2 Lotus Biscoff Biscuits (Crushed), Apple Slice
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the Vodka, Dry Vermouth, Apple Juice and an apple slice. Shake well to combine.
2. Grab two saucers, add the vanilla syrup to one and crush the biscoff biscuits on the other. Dip the rim of the glass into the syrup, then into the biscuit crumb to line the rim of the glass.
3. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice and strain in the cocktail. Top up with Ginger ale and garnish with an apple slice. Enjoy your Apple Crumble Cocktail!
