7 New Years Eve Cocktails to Ring in 2025 With

As we say goodbye to Christmas for another year we look forward to the final celebrations of 2024 as we ring in the New Year! Whether you’re planning for a big night on the town or hosting with your nearest and dearest, one thing is certain… ice-cold drinks are a necessity! We’ve listed 7 of our favourite New Years Eve cocktails below for you to celebrate with, just don’t forget the ice!

 

Campfire Mule

Ingredients

x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2 Super Cubes
x 60ml Bourbon
x 15ml Lime Juice
x 1/2tbsp Maple Syrup
Top Up: Ginger Beer
Garnish: Blackened Marshmallows

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the bourbon, lime juice and maple syrup. shake well to combine.

2. Fill a glass with Super Cubes and strain the mix over the ice. Top up with ginger beer.

3. To serve, add 2 marshmallows to a cocktail stick and lightly toast before sitting on the rim of the glass. Enjoy your Campfire Mule!

Hot Honey Blackberry Margarita

Ingredients

x 2 Handfuls of Party Ice
x 30ml Tequila
x 15ml Cointreau
x 15ml Honey
x 3 slices of Chilli
x 1 handful of Blackberries
Garnish: Blackberries & Lime Wheel

Method

1. To make your hot honey, combine 15ml honey with 3 chilli slices and muddle for 1-2 minutes.

2. In a shaker, add tequila, Cointreau, lime, blackberries, hot honey and a handful of Party Ice before shaking to combine.

3. Select a glass of your choice and fill with more Party Ice before double straining the contents of the shaker over.

4. To garnish, add in some fresh blackberries and a lime wheel, enjoy your Hot Honey Blackberry Margarita!

Sour Cherry Fizz

Ingredients

x 2 Handfuls Party Ice
x 50ml Vodka
x 15ml Fresh Lemon
x 15ml Fresh Lime
x Handful Pitted & Smashed Cherries
x 15ml Cherry Syrup
Top up: Lemonade
Garnish: Cherries

Method

1. In a cocktail shaker, add Party Ice, vodka, smashed and pitted cherries, cherry syrup with fresh lime and lemon and shake to combine.

2. Fill a glass with Party Ice and pour the contents of the shaker over before topping with lemonade.

3. Garnish with some cherries and enjoy your Sour Cherry Fizz!

Sloe Gin Fizz

Ingredients

x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2-3 Super Cubes
x 50ml Sloe Gin
x 25ml Lemon Juice
x 25ml Sugar Syrup
Top up: Sparkling Water
Garnish: Lemon Slice & a Fresh Blackberry

Method

1. Fill your cocktail shaker with party ice and add the sloe gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake well to combine.

2. Fill your glass with Super Cubes and strain the cocktail over the ice. Top up with sparkling water and stir gently.

3. To serve, garnish with a slice of lemon and a fresh blackberry. Enjoy your Sloe Gin Fizz!

Aperol Limoncello Punch

Ingredients

x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 10ml Vodka
x 20ml Limoncello
x 30ml Aperol
Top up: Orange Juice
Garnish: Orange Peel and a Lemon Slice

Method

1. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice and add the vodka, Limoncello and Aperol.

2. Top up with orange juice and stir well to combine.

3. To serve, garnish with a lemon slice and orange peel. Enjoy your Aperol Limoncello Punch!

Cranberry Aperol Spritz

Ingredients

x 1 handful Polar Cube
x 60ml Aperol
x 60ml Cranberry Juice
Juice of 1/4 an orange
Top Up: Prosecco
Garnish: Orange Slice, Sprig of Rosemary & Cranberries

Method

1. Fill a wine glass with Polar Cube ice.

2. Add the Aperol and Cranberry Juice then top up with Prosecco.

3. Garnish with an Orange Slice, Sprig of Rosemary and Cranberries to serve. Enjoy your Cranberry Aperol Spritz.

Tiramisu White Russian

Ingredients

x 2 Super Cubes
x 50ml Cream
x 5ml Sugar
x 50ml Dark Rum
x 50ml Kahlua
Garnish: Lady Finger Biscuit & Cocoa Powder

Method

1. Pour 50ml of cream and a spoonful of sugar into a Mason jar and shake until whipped.

2. Pour 50ml of Kahlua and 50ml of Dark Rum into a short glass of Super Cubes.

3. Use a spoon to scoop the whipped cream over the contents of the glass, use the back of the spoon to smooth.

4. Garnish with one Ladyfinger Biscuit and a sprinkle of cocoa powder, enjoy!
