Jameson's Whiskey Tonic
Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 50ml Jameson’s Whiskey
x 15ml Rosemary Syrup
Top up: Tonic Water
Garnish: A rosemary sprig, a lime wheel and a slice of cucumber
Method
1. Take a Collins glass and wrap the slice of cucumber around the inside of the glass so the end sticks out of the top.
2. Fill the glass with Polar Cube ice, then add the whiskey and rosemary syrup
3. Top up with tonic water. To serve, garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy your Jameson Whiskey Tonic!
Mulligans Midori Sour
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2 Super Cubes
x 40ml Midori
x 20ml Vodka
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Top up: Lemon and Lime Seltzer
Garnish: Honeydew Melon and a maraschino cherry
Method
1. Fill a mixing glass with Party Ice and add the Midori, Vodka, Lemon and lime juice then stir to combine.
2. Add 2 Super Cubes to a rocks glass and strain the mixture over the ice. Top up with seltzer.
3. To serve, cut the melon into slices and use a cookie cutter to make 2 melon shamrocks, skewer these on a cocktail stick then add to your cocktail along with a maraschino cherry. Enjoy Mulligan’s Midori Sour!
Shamrockarita
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 45ml Tequila
x 30ml Apple Sourz
x 15ml Triple Sec
Juice of 1/2 a lime
Garnish: Sugar, Lime Zest, Lime Juice and a Lime Wedge
Method
1. Slice up your apple and use a cookie cutter to create shamrock shapes for your garnish. Add some lime juice to a bowl, then throw in your melon shamrocks and toss to coat.
2. Zest ½ a lime onto a plate and add some sugar before mixing them together. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass then dip into the mixture to coat.
3. Fill a shaker with Party Ice and add the tequila, Apple Sourz, triple sec and the juice of ½ a lime. Shake well to combine.
4. 4. Strain the cocktail into your class and garnish with a shamrock apple slice. Enjoy your Shamrockarita!
Irish Buck
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 40ml Irish Whiskey
x 15ml Honey Syrup
x 60ml Ginger Beer
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Garnish: Sprig of Fresh Basil & Gold Leaf
Method
1. Grab your cocktail shaker, fill it with Party Ice and add the whiskey, lemon juice, and honey syrup. Shake well to combine.
2. Add the ginger beer to the shaker and stir briefly. Strain into a tall glass filled with Polar Cube ice.
3. Garnish with a basil sprig and goldleaf, make sure to tap it lightly against the hand first to release its oils. Enjoy your Irish Buck!
The Gold Rush
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2 Super Cubes
x 50ml Irish Whiskey
x 20ml Honey Syrup
x 1 tsp Edible Gold Glitter
Juice of 1 Lemon
Garnish: Sprig of Mint
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add all ingredients. Shake well to combine.
2. Add 2 Super Cubes to a glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.
3. Garnish with a sprig of mint to serve. Enjoy your Gold Rush cocktail!
Leprechaun Mimosas
Green is the colour of the day, and you won’t find a more refreshing green cocktail than this Leprechaun mimosa, which is perfect if you’re having a stay at home for a special St Patrick’s Day brunch!
Ingredients
– X2-3 handfuls of Party Ice
-X1 bottle of Prosecco
-x2 cups of orange juice
-x1 measure of Blue Curacao
Method
-Put a handful of Party Ice into a high ball glass and fill it a third of the way with orange juice.
-Add a splash of Blue Curacao.
-Top up with prosecco and serve!
Dark Delight Cocktail
If you’re looking for a high-class sweet option that celebrates Irish whisky and Guinness in all its glory, this Boozy Dark Delight is a great choice. This cocktail has a classic style with an array of chocolatey flavours.
Ingredients
-X1 Super Cube
-X25ml Measure of Cointreau
-X25ml Measure of whisky
-Top up with Guinness or preferred stout
-Garnish with chocolate orange shavings
Method
-Place a Super Cube in a low-ball glass and pour over the Cointreau and whisky.
-Top with the Guinness or stout.
-Garnish with the chocolate orange shavings and serve!
The Irish Maid
This refreshing cucumber, lemon and elderflower cocktail is perfect for the ultimate Paddy’s Day party at home!
Ingredients
-X1 Super Cube
-X50ml measure of whisky
-X3 cucumber slices
-X25ml measure of elderflower liqueur
-X15ml of honey
-X10ml measure of fresh lemon juice
Method
-Drop two slices of cucumber and muddle in a cocktail shaker.
-Add the remaining ingredients including a handful of Party Ice, and shake well.
-Strain over a Super Cube, garnish with a cucumber slice and serve!
Luck Of The Irish
Ingredients
-X2 Handfuls of Party Ice
-X75ml measure of whisky
-X50ml measure of Peach Schnapps
-X50ml measure of pineapple juice
-X75ml measure of lime soda
Method
-Add all the ingredients including a couple handfuls of Party Ice to a cocktail shaker and shake well.
-Strain the cocktail over a handful of Party Ice and serve!
