Dragonfruit Martini
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 50ml Vodka
x 15ml Cointreau
x 30ml Lemon Juice
x 30ml Dragonfruit Syrup
Garnish: Slice of Dragonfruit & a Lemon Twist
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with party ice and add the vodka, lemon juice, Cointreau and dragon fruit syrup. Shake well to combine.
2. Strain into a martini glass.
3. To serve, garnish with a slice of dragon fruit and a lemon twist. Enjoy your Dragonfruit Martini!
Strawberry Vodka Negroni
Ingredients
x 2 Super Cubes
x 30ml Hedgerow Strawberry Spirit Drink with Vodka
x 30ml Campari
x 30ml Sweet Vermouth
Garnish: A Strawberry & an Orange Twist
Method
1. Add 2 Super Cubes to a glass.
2. Add the Hedgerow Strawberry Spirit Drink with Vodka, Campari and Sweet Vermouth. Stir gently to combine.
3. To serve, garnish with a strawberry and an orange twist. Enjoy your Hedgerow Strawberry Vodka Negroni!
Sour Cherry Fizz
Ingredients
x 2 handfuls Party Ice
x 50ml Vodka
x 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
x 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
x 1 handful pitted & smashed Cherries
x 15ml Cherry Syrup
Top Up: Lemonade
Garnish: Fresh Cherries
Method
1. In a cocktail shaker, add Party Ice, vodka, smashed and pitted cherries, cherry syrup with fresh lime and lemon and shake to combine.
2. Fill a glass with Party Ice and pour the contents of the shaker over before topping with lemonade.
3. Garnish with some cherries and enjoy your Sour Cherry Fizz!
Frozen Espresso Martini
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 30ml Cold Brew Espresso
x 40ml Vodka
x 30ml Kahlua
x 20ml Simple Syrup
Garnish: Baileys Whipped Cream, Coffee Powder & Espresso Beans
Method
1. Add a handful of Party Ice, cold brew, vodka, Kahlua and simple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the cocktail into a martini glass.
3. To serve, top with Bailey’s whipped cream, a sprinkle of coffee powder and a couple of espresso beans.
Passionfruit Vodka Spritz
Ingredients
x 3 Super Cubes
x 25ml Vodka
x 25ml Passoa
x 25ml Prosecco
Top Up: Lemonade
Garnish: 1/2 a Passionfruit
Method
1. Add three Super Cubes to a large gin glass.
2. Pour in the vodka, Passoa and Prosecco.
3. Top up with lemonade, garnish and serve!
Limoncello Berry Burst
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 5 Raspberries
x 30ml Vodka
x 30ml Limoncello
x 1.5tbsp Lemon Juice
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
Top Up: Soda Water
Garnish: Lemon Wheel & Raspberries
Method
1. Add 5 raspberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle, then fill your shaker with Party Ice.
2. Add the vodka, lemon juice and Limoncello to the shaker and shake well to combine.
3. Fill a glass with Polar Cube ice and double strain the contents of the shaker over the ice. Top up with soda water and garnish with a lemon wheel and leftover raspberries to serve. Enjoy your Limoncello Berry Burst.
Frozen Pornstar Martini
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 3 Passionfruits
x 120g Frozen Mango
x 45ml Vanilla Vodka
x 30ml Passoa
A squeeze of Lime Juice
Garnish: 1/2 a Passionfruit
Method
1. Scoop the insides of 3 passionfruits into a fine mesh strainer. Push the passionfruit through the strainer using the back of a spoon to create your puree.
2. Add a handful of Party Ice, the frozen mango, puree, vodka and Passos to a blender with a squeeze of lime juice. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour your cocktail into a glass and garnish with ½ a passionfruit. Enjoy your frozen pornstar martini!
Snickertini
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2 Super Cubes
x 40ml Caramel Vodka
x 10ml Amaretto
x 10ml Baileys Irish Cream
x 10ml Chocolate Liqueur
x 15ml Cream
Garnish: Chocolate and Caramel Sauce
Method
1. Take a rocks glass and carefully drizzle line of the caramel and chocolate sauces around the inside of the glass. Leave in the fridge to set.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the vodka, amaretto, Bailey’s, chocolate liqueur and heavy cream. Shake well to combine.
3. To serve, pour your cocktail into the garnished glass. Enjoy your Snickertini!
Raspberry Ripple Vodka Float Cocktail
Ingredients
x 2 handfuls Party Ice
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 1 handful Raspberries
x 50ml Vanilla Vodka
x 25ml Raspberry Liqueur
x 25ml Sugar Syrup
Top Up: Lemonade
Garnish: Raspberries & a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Method
1. Muddle the handful of raspberries in a bottom of a cocktail shaker, then fill to the top with Party Ice.
2. Pour in the vodka, liqueur and syrup then shake well.
3. Fill a glass with Polar Cube and pour over the cocktail mixture.
4. Top up with lemonade, garnish with the raspberries and place the scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Enjoy!
Blueberry Margarita
Ingredients
x 2 Super Cubes
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 50ml Tequila
x 30ml Orange Liqueur
x 30ml Lime Juice
x 30ml Blueberry Syrup
Garnish: Basil Leaf, 2 Lime Wedges and salt
Method
1. Start by filling a cocktail shaker with Party Ice.
2. Pour in the orange liqueur, blueberry liqueur, tequila and lime juice. Shake well.
3. Pour the salt onto a plate and take a lime wedge. Run the lime wedge around the rim of your glass. Then, roll the rim into the salt.
4. Fill the glass with Super Cubes and strain the cocktail over the ice. Garnish with a basil leaf and a lime wedge to serve!
