These 10 delicious recipes will transport you across Europe, with flavours from the sun-soaked beaches of the Amalfi Coast to the Austrian Alps.
Kalimoxto
Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 100ml Coca Cola
x 100ml Rioja Red Wine (Or any spanish red wine)
A squeeze of Lemon Juice
Garnish: Lemon Wheel
Method
1. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice.
2. Pour in your Coca Cola, then pour in equal parts rioja into your glass, without stirring.
3. Add a squeeze of lemon, then to serve garish with a lemon wheel. Enjoy your Kalimotxo!
Negroni
Ingredients
x 2 Super Cubes
x 30ml Gin
x 30ml Campari
x 30ml Sweet Vermouth
x 1 handful Party Ice
Garnish: Orange Peel
Method
1. In a mixing glass filled with Party Ice, add the gin, campari and vermouth, stirring until chilled.
2. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over two Super Cubes.
3. Garnish with an orange peel and enjoy!
Limoncello Spritz
Ingredients
x 2 handfuls Polar Cube ice
x 60ml Limoncello
x 90ml Sparkling White Wine
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
Top Up: Sparkling Water
Garnish: Lemon Wheels, Mint
Method
1. In a large wine glass, add 2 handfuls Polar cube ice.
2. Add the limoncello, lemon juice and sparkling white wine to your glass. Then top up with sparkling water, stirring briefly to mix.
3. To serve garnish with lemon wheels and a sprig of fresh mint. Enjoy your Limoncello Spritz!
Pina Colada
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 170ml Pineapple Juice
x 90ml Coconut Cream
x 45ml Light Rum
Garnish: Pineapple Slice & a Maraschino Cherry
Method
1. Add the Party Ice, pineapple juice, coconut cream and light rum to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the cocktail into the glass.
3. To serve, garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of pineapple. Enjoy your Pina Colada!
Spicy Margarita
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2 Super Cubes
x 50ml Tequila
x 25ml Triple Sec
x 1tsp Chilli Syrup
x 12.5ml Lemon Juice
x 12.5ml Lime Juice
Garnish: Tajin, Lime Wedge & a Red Chilli
Method
1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip into tajin to coat. Set aside.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the tequila, triple sec, chilli syrup, lime juice and lemon juice. Shae well to combine.
3. Fill your glass with Super Cubes and strain the cocktail over the ice. To serve, garnish with a red chilli. Enjoy your Spicy Margarita!
Strawberry Caipirinha
Ingredients
x 2 handfuls The Crushed One
x 60ml Cachaca
x 1/2 a Lime
x 3 Small Strawberries
x 1tsp Sugar
Garnish: Strawberry and a dehydrated Lime
Method
1. Cut 1/2 a lime into 4 peices and cut the strawberries into quarters. Add to the glass with your sugar and muddle well to release the juice.
2. Add your cachaca, then fill the glass with The Crushed One. Stir well to mix and cool your cocktail.
3. To serve, garnish with a fresh strawberry and a dehydrated lime slice. Enjoy your Strawberry Caipirinha.
Aperol Spritz
Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 3 measures Prosecco
x 2 measures Aperol
Top up: Soda Water
Garnish: Orange Slice
Method
1. Fill a wine glass full of ice and pour in the Prosecco.
2. Add the Aperol and then top up with soda water.
3. Garnish with the orange slice and serve!
Hugo Elderflower Spritz
Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube Ice
x 60ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
x 150ml Prosecco
x 7 Mint Leaves
x 1 Lime Wheels
Top Up: Soda Water
Garnish: Sprig of Mint and a Lime Wheel
Method
1. Add mint leaves and 1 lime wheel to a wine glass and muddle gently then fill with Polar Cube ice.
2. Add the St-Germain and the prosecco, then top up with soda water and stir.
3. To serve, garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel. Enjoy!
Coronarita
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 1 Mini Corona/330ml Corona
x 40ml Tequila
x 20ml Triple Sec
x 20ml Lime Juice
Garnish: Salt, Lime Wedge, Lime Wheel
Method
1. Fill your cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the tequila, triple sec and lime. Shake well to combine.
2. Rim the edge of your glass witha lime wedge and dip into salt to coat the rim.
3. Strain your cocktail into the glass and add an upturned mini Corona or top up with a larger bottle. To serve, garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy your Coronarita!
Classic Sangria
Ingredients
x 3 handfuls Party Ice
x 1 bottle Red Wine
x 1/2 bottle Lemonade
x 2 cups Orange Juice
x 1/2 handful Fresh Mint Sprigs
x 2 Whole Oranges
x 2 Whole Lemons
Method
1. Cut the oranges and lemons into slices and place in a jug.
2. Add the Party Ice, and pour in the red wine.
3. Pour in the 1/2 the bottle of lemonade, orange juice and stir well. Drop in the mint and the sangria is ready to serve!
