Pumpkin Old Fashioned
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
X 2-3 Super Cubes
X 50ml Bourbon Whiskey
X 1tbsp Pumpkin Puree
X 1/4tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
X 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
X 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
X 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick & Star Anise
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the whiskey, puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract and bitters. Shake well to combine.
2. Add 2-3 Super Cubes to a rocks glass and strain the cocktail over the ice.
3. To serve, garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy your Pumpkin Old Fashioned.
Death in the Afternoon
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
X 2tbsp Absinthe
X 1tsp Simple Syrup
X 120ml Prosecco
Method
1. Add the absinthe & simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with Party Ice & shake briefly.
2. Pour into a martini glass and top up with prosecco.
3. Garnish with a lime twist to serve. Enjoy your Death in the Afternoon cocktail!
The Grave Digger
Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
X 1 handful Party Ice
X 50ml Mezcal
X 50ml Spiced Apple Cider
Juice of ½ a Lemon
X 15ml Cointreau
X 2 dashes Orange Bitters
Top Up: Ginger Beer
Garnish: Sprig of Rosemary
Method
1. Fill cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the Pineapple juice, white rum, Midori and blue curacao. Shake well to combine.
2. Fill glass with The Crushed One and strain the cocktail over the ice. Top up with seltzer.
3. Garnish with 2 maraschino cherries, if using a skull glass, use tweezers to place the cherries level with the eyes. Enjoy your Monster Smash Rum Punch!
Monster Smash Rum Punch
Ingredients
x 1 handful The Crushed One
X 1 handful Party Ice
X 40ml Pineapple Juice
X 40ml White Rum
X 20ml Midori
X 7ml Blue Curacao
Top Up: Seltzer
Garnish: 2 Maraschino Cherries
Method
1. Fill cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the Pineapple juice, white rum, Midori and blue curacao. Shake well to combine.
2. Fill glass with The Crushed One and strain the cocktail over the ice. Top up with seltzer.

Electric Tokyo Tea
Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 10ml Vodka
x 10ml Tequila
x 10ml White Rum
x 10ml Gin
x 10ml Conitreau
x 10ml Sugar Syrup
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
x 20ml Midori
Top up: Soda Water
Garnish: 3 cocktail cherries, 2 cloves and 1 lime
Method
1. Fill a glass with Polar Cube Ice
2. Add all ingredients except the soda water and stir to combine.
3. Top up with soda water and stir gently to mix. Skewer 3 cocktail cherries, adding 2 cloves for “eyes” in between lime slices to create a spooky garnish to serve!
Skeleton Key
Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 40ml Bourbon
x 20ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
x 15ml Lemon Juice
x 6 dashes Angostura Bitters
Top Up: Ginger Beer
Garnish: Dehydrated Lemon
Method
1. Take a highball glass and fill with Polar Cube ice.
2. Pour the bourbon, St Germain and lemon juice into the glass, then top up with ginger beer.
3. Add 6 dashes of Angostura Bitters and garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice. Enjoy your Skeleton Key cocktail!
Vampire's Kiss
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 37.5ml Vodka
x 12.5ml Chambord
x 40ml Cranberry Juice
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
x 15ml Grenadine
Garnish: Grenadine, Granulated Sugar, Red Food Colouring
Method
1. Mix red food colouring and granulated sugar in a bowl and add to a plate. Coat the rim of the glass with grenadine and dip into the sugar mixture, then set aside.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the vodka, Chambord, Cranberry Juice, lemon juice and grenadine. Shake well to combine.
3. To serve, strain your cocktail into the prepared glass. Enjoy your Vampire’s Kiss!
Black Margarita
Ingredients
x 2 Super Cubes
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 40ml Tequila
x 15ml Cointreau
Juice of 1 Lime
x 1 dash Orange Bitters
x 15ml Agave Syrup
x 1 Activated Charcoal Capsule
Garnish: Lime Wedge, Sea Salt, Activated Charcoal Capsule
Method
1. Mix 1tbsp sea salt and 1 activated charcoal capsule together and add to a small plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip it into the salt mixture, then set aside.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, orange bitters and agave syrup. Open a charcoal capsule and add the powder to shaker. Shake well to combine.
3. Add 2 Super Cubes to your glass, add a couple of lime wheels and strain the cocktail over the ice. Enjoy your Black Margarita!
Beetlejuice Beetlejuice
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 35ml Vodka
x 15ml Blue Curacao
x 12.5ml Grenadine
x 100ml Cloudy Apple Juice
x 5ml Fresh Lemon Juice
x 5ml Fres Lime Juice
Garnish: Swirl of Sour Apple Candyfloss
Method
1. In a shaker, add one handful of Party Ice with vodka, blue curacao, grenadine, fresh lime and lemon before shaking.
2. Grab a martini glass and pour the contents of the shaker in before topping with Sour Apple Candy Floss.
3. The drink should absorb the candyfloss, making the green fall to the bottom and creating a green and purple contrast, enjoy your Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Cocktail!
Eyeball Lychee Punch
Ingredients
x 1 bag Party Ice
x 1 can Lychees
x 1 jar Cocktail/Glace Cherries
x 1 small box Raisins
x 1l Blueberry Juice
x 1l Cranberry Juice
x 1l Sparkling Water
Method
1. Drain the lychees and reserve the juice in a jug. Push a raisin into one end of a cocktail cherry then push the cherry into a lychee to make an “eyeball”. Repeat until you run out of lychees.
2. Fill a jug or fishbowl with Party Ice then add the blueberry and cranberry juice along with the reserved lychee juice, then top up with sparkling water.
3. Finally add your eyeballs and your lychee punch is ready to serve!
Teeth Punch Mocktail
Ingredients
x 5 handfuls Party Ice
x 6 measures Cranberry Juice
x 2 measures Lime Juice
Top up: Lemonade
Garnish: Teeth Sweets
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or jug.
2. Fill with lots of ice so the teeth sit on top.

Jack O Lantern Mocktail
Ingredients
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 1 orange
Top up: Orange Juice
Method
1. Fill a glass with ice and top with orange juice.
2. Peel the orange, cut a slice and place on top of the drink.
3. Tear off the cork of the orange and place on top of the orange lid. Now serve!
