12 Margarita Recipes to Enjoy on National Margarita Day

Spicy Margarita

Ingredients

x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2 Super Cubes
x 50ml Tequila
x 25ml Triple Sec
x 1tsp Chilli Syrup
x 12.5ml Lemon Juice
x 12.5ml Lime Juice
Garnish: Tajin, Lime Wedge & a Red Chilli

Method

1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip into tajin to coat. Set aside.

2. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the tequila, triple sec, chilli syrup, lime juice and lemon juice. Shae well to combine.

3. Fill your glass with Super Cubes and strain the cocktail over the ice. To serve, garnish with a red chilli. Enjoy your spicy margarita!

Peach Margarita

Ingredients

x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2 handfuls The Crushed One
x 50ml Tequila
x 15ml Peach Schnapps
x 30ml Peach Puree
x 30ml Lime Juice
Garnish: 2 Slices of Peach, Tajin and a Dehydrated Lime

Method

1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip in Tajin to coat the rim.

2. Fill a cocktail shaker with party ice and add the tequila, peach schnapps, lime juice and 30ml peach puree. Shake well to combine.

3. Fill your glass with The Crushed One, then strain your cocktail over the ice. To serve, garnish with a slice of peach and a lime wheel.

Creamy Strawberry & Limoncello Margaritas

Ingredients

X 1 handful Party Ice
X 4 Super Cubes
X 6 raspberries
X 60ml Lemon Juice
X 22ml Agave Syrup
X 75ml Tequila
X 25ml Cointreau
X 75ml Limoncello Cream
Garnish: Sugar, Dehydrated Raspberries, Lemon Slice & a Raspberry

Method

1. Mix 2tbsp sugar and a handful of dehydrated raspberries on a plate. Brush a drizzle of agave syrup on the side of your glasses, then dip into the sugar mix to coat. Set aside.

2. Add your raspberries, lemon juice and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add in your Party Ice, Tequila, Cointreau and Limoncello cream and shake well to combine.

3. Add 2 Super Cubes to each glass and strain the cocktail over the ice. To serve, garnish with a raspberry and a lemon slice. Enjoy your Creamy Strawberry & Limoncello Margaritas!

Hot Honey Mango Margarita

Ingredients

x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2-3 Super Cubes
x 140g Mango Chunks
x 40ml Water
x 1tbsp Sugar
x 40ml Tequila
x 30ml Lime Juice
x 20ml Cointreau
x 2.5tbsp Mango Puree
x 1tbsp Hot Honey
Garnish: Lime Wheel, Tajin and Mango Chunks

Method

1. For the Mango Puree: Combine 140g Mango Chunks, 40ml water and 1tbsp sugar in a blender and blend until smooth. Set Aside.

2. Add Hot Honey and Tajin to two separate plate. Dip your glass into the honey and then into the Tajin to coat the rim.

3. Fill a cocktail chaker with Party Ice and add the tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, mango puree, and hot honey. Shake well to combine.

4. Add 2-3 Super Cubes to your glass and strain in the cocktail over the ice. Garnish with lime wheels and Tajin covered mango chunks. Enjoy your Hot Honey Mango Margarita!

Aperol Margarita

Ingredients

x 2-3 Super Cubes
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 20ml Aperol
x 40ml Tequila
x 40ml Fresh Orange Juice
Juice of 1 lime
Garnish: Salt, Lime & Orange Zest, Lime Wedge and Orange Wedge

Method

1. Zest a lime and an orange and mix with salt on a small plate. Rim your glass with an orange wedge and then dip the rim into the mixture to coat and set aside.

2. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the Aperol, tequila, fresh orange and lime juice. Shake well to combine.

3. Add 2-3 Super Cubes to your glass along with an orange wheel, then pour the cocktail into the glass.

4. To Serve, garnish with a lime twist. Enjoy your Aperol Margarita!

Strawberry and Basil Margarita

Ingredients

x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2-3 Super Cubes
x 40ml Tequila
x 20ml Cointreau
x 30ml Lime Juice
x 15ml Basil Simple Syrup
x 60ml Strawberry Puree
Garnish: Salt, Lime, Sprig of Basil, Strawberry

Method

1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip into salt to coat the rim.

2. Fill your shaker with Party Ice and add the tequila, cointreau, lime juice, basil syrup and strawberry puree. Shake well to combine.

3. Fill your glass with Super Cubes and strain your cocktail over the ice. To serve, garnish with a dehydrated lime, a fresh strawberry and a sprig of basil. Enjoy your Strawberry and Basil Margarita!

Sharing Margarita

Ingredients

x 200 ml Cointreau
x 200 ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
x 400 ml Tequila
x 60 ml Agave Syrup
x 3 Super Cubes
x 1 handful Party Ice
Garnish: Lime Wedges, Lime Zest and Salt

Method

1. Combine all ingredients (except Super Cubes) in a pitcher and refrigerate until ready to serve.

2. Zest a lime and mix with salt. Use a lime wedge to rim your glasses then dip into the salt mixture. Fill glasses with Super Cubes.

3. Fill a shaker ¾ of the way full with Party Ice. Add enough margarita mixture to fill the shaker to the top of the ice. Shake well, then strain into your glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge & enjoy!

Spicy Margarita Mocktail

Ingredients

x 2-3 Super Cubes
x 1 handful of Party Ice
x 1 wedge of Lime
x 1 1/2 tsp of Agave Syrup
x 1 Lime
x 1 handful of Finger Chillies
x Sprinkle of Tajin
Top with: Sparkling Water
Garnish with: Chillies & Lime Wheel

Method

1. Rub half a lime on the side of a short glass before sprinkling with tajin.

2. Add Party Ice to a cocktail shaker and add in your chillies, lime and agave syrup – shake to combine.

3. Add 2-3 Super Cubes to your glass and pour the mixture over before topping with sparkling water.

4. Garnish with extra chillies, a lime wheel and serve, enjoy your booze-free spicy marg!

Hot Honey Blackberry Margarita

Ingredients

x 2 Handfuls of Party Ice
x 30ml Tequila
x 15ml Cointreau
x 15ml Honey
x 3 slices of Chilli
x handful of Blackberries
Garnish: Blackberries & Lime Wheel

Method

1. To make your hot honey, combine 15ml honey with 3 chilli slices and muddle for 1-2 minutes.

2. In a shaker, add tequila, Cointreau, lime, blackberries, hot honey and a handful of Party Ice before shaking to combine.

3. Select a glass of your choice and fill with more Party Ice before double straining the contents of the shaker over.

4. To garnish, add in some fresh blackberries and a lime wheel, enjoy your Hot Honey Blackberry Margarita!

Sour Cherry Mezcal Margarita

Ingredients

x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2 Super Cubes
x 50ml Mezcal
x 15ml Cointreau
x 35ml Sour Cherry Syrup/Puree
Garnish: Lime Wedge, Smoked Coarse Sea Salt, Cherry

Method

1. Take a rocks glass and rum a lime wedge around the rim. Add some smoked coarse sea salt to a plate and dip the rim of the glass into the salt to coat the rim of the glass and set aside.

2. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the mezcal, Cointreau and sour cherry syrup. Shake well to combine.

3. Add 2 Super Cubes to your glass and strain the cocktail over the ice. Garnish with a cherry to serve. Enjoy your Sour Cherry Mezcal Margarita.

Elderflower & Rose Margarita

Ingredients

x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2 Super Cubes
x 45ml Tequila
x 22.5ml Lime Juice
x 15ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
x 5ml Lanique or Rose Liqueur
x 1 pinch Salt
Garnish: Dried Rose Petals, Salt, Lime Wheel

Method

1. Fill your cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add all ingredients with a pinch of salt. Shake well to combine.

2. Crumble dried rose petals onto a saucer, add salt and mix together. Grab a lime wedge and rub on the side of your glass, then roll in the rose petals and salt.

3. Add 2 Super Cubes to your glass then strain the cocktail into the glass. To serve, garnish with a lime wheel. Enjoy your Elderflower & Rose Margarita!

Blueberry Margarita

Ingredients

x1 handful Super Cubes
x1 handful Party Ice
x 60ml Tequila
x 30ml Lime Juice
x 30ml Orange Liqueur
x 30ml Blueberry Syrup
Garnish: Basil Leaf & Lime Wedge
Glass Rim: Salt & Lime Wedge

Method

1. Start by filling a cocktail shaker with Party Ice. Pour in the orange liqueur, blueberry syrup, tequila and lime juice. Shake well.

2. Pour the salt onto a plate and take a lime wedge. Run the lime wedge around the rim of your glass. Then, roll the rim into the salt.

3. Fill the glass with Super Cubes and strain the cocktail over. Garnish and serve!
