Whether you’re trying to impress your date with a 3-course meal or swapping out the dessert for a sweet treat cocktail instead, you’ll need some on theme ice-cold drinks to keep you refreshed throughout the night. We’ve pulled together 14 of our favourite pink & red Valentine’s Day drinks for you to share with your loved ones this February, just don’t forget the ice!
Valentine’s Hugo Spritz
Ingredients
X 1 handful Polar Cube Ice
x 50ml Elderflower Liqueur
x 50ml Soda Water
x 6 Raspberries
x 8 Mint Leaves
A sprinkle of Edible Glitter
Top up: Prosecco
Garnish: Mint Sprig & fresh Raspberries
Method
1. In a wine glass, muddle your raspberries with the elderflower liqueur. Smack the mint leaves and add to your glass.
2. Fill the glass with Polar Cube ice and add the soda water. Top up with prosecco & add a sprinkle of edible glitter. Gently stir to combine.
3. To serve, garnish with a sprig of mint and fresh raspberries. Enjoy your Valentine’s Hugo Spritz!
Creamy Strawberry & Limoncello Margaritas
Ingredients
X 1 handful Party Ice
X 4 Super Cubes
X 6 raspberries
X 60ml Lemon Juice
X 22ml Agave Syrup
X 75ml Tequila
X 25ml Cointreau
X 75ml Limoncello Cream
Garnish: Sugar, Dehydrated Raspberries, Lemon Slice & a Raspberry
Method
1. Mix 2tbsp sugar and a handful of dehydrated raspberries on a plate. Brush a drizzle of agave syrup on the side of your glasses, then dip into the sugar mix to coat. Set aside.
2. Add your raspberries, lemon juice and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add in your Party Ice, Tequila, Cointreau and Limoncello cream and shake well to combine.
3. Add 2 Super Cubes to each glass and strain the cocktail over the ice. To serve, garnish with a raspberry and a lemon slice. Enjoy your Creamy Strawberry & Limoncello Margaritas!
Cherry Limeade Mule
Ingredients
X 1 handful Party Ice
X 2 handfuls The Crushed One
X 45ml Vodka
X 30ml Tart Cherry Juice
X 25ml Sugar Syrup
Juice of 1 Lime
A Sprinkle of edible Glitter
Top up: Ginger Beer
Garnish: 2 Cherries
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the vodka, cherry juice, sugar syrup, lime juice and edible glitter. Shake well to combine.
2. Fill your glass with The Crushed One and pour the cocktail over the ice.
3. Top up with Ginger Beer. To serve, garnish with 2 cherries. Enjoy your Cherry Limeade Mule!
Chocolate Covered Strawberry Espresso Martini
Ingredients
X 1 handful Party Ice
X 30ml Fresh Espresso
X 40ml Vodka
X 20ml Kahlua
X 10ml Chocolate Liqueur
X 10ml Strawberry Syrup
X 3tbsp whipping cream
X 10ml strawberry syrup
A drop of pink food colouring
Garnish: Heart Sprinkles & a coffee bean
Method
1. Fill your cocktail shaker with party ice and add the espresso, vodka, kahlua, chocolate liqueur and strawberry syrup. Shake well to combine.
2. In a separate jug, add the whipping cream, strawberry syrup and food colouring to create your strawberry cold foam.
3. Pour your espresso martini into the glass, then top with the strawberry cold foam. To serve, garnish with heart sprinkles and a coffee bean. Enjoy your Chocolate Covered Strawberry Espresso Martini!
Sour Cherry Fizz
Ingredients
x 2 handfuls Party Ice
x 50ml Vodka
x 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
x 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
x 1 handful pitted & smashed Cherries
x 15ml Cherry Syrup
Top Up: Lemonade
Garnish: Fresh Cherries
Method
1. In a cocktail shaker, add Party Ice, vodka, smashed and pitted cherries, cherry syrup with fresh lime and lemon and shake to combine.
2. Fill a glass with Party Ice and pour the contents of the shaker over before topping with lemonade.
3. Garnish with some cherries and enjoy your Sour Cherry Fizz!
Limoncello Berry Burst
Ingredients
x 5 Raspberries
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 30ml Vodka
x 30ml Limoncello
x 1.5tbsp Lemon Juice
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
Top Up: Soda Water
Garnish: Lemon Wheel and raspberries
Method
1. Add 5 raspberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle, then fill your shaker with Party Ice.
2. Add the vodka, lemon juice and Limoncello to the shaker and shake well to combine.
3. Fill a glass with Polar Cube ice and double strain the contents of the shaker over the ice. Top up with soda water and garnish with a lemon wheel and leftover raspberries to serve. Enjoy your Limoncello Berry Burst.
Love Potion
Ingredients
x 1 Handful of Party Ice
x 10ml Strawberry Syrup
x 100ml Grapefruit Juice
x 50ml Vodka
x 25ml Peach Schnapps
Sprinkle of Edible Gold Dust
Garnish: Maraschino Cherries
Method
1. Rim a Martini glass with sugar syrup then dip into edible gold dust.
2. Add Party Ice, vodka, peach schnapps, grapefruit juice and strawberry syrup into a shaker and shake to combine.
3. Drop a small amount of gold dust into bottom of rimmed Martini glass and pour contents in to create your love potion.
4. Garnish with Maraschino cherries and enjoy!
Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 2 scoops Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
x 150ml Milk
x 1 handful Strawberries
Garnish: Strawberry Sauce, Whipped Cream, Digestive Biscuits, Strawberry Cheesecake
Method
1. Crush 2 digestive biscuits on a saucer. Dip the rim of your glass into strawberry sauce, then roll in the crushed biscuit and set aside.
2. In a blender add your ice cream, strawberries, milk and Party Ice and blend until you get a smooth, slushie like consistency.
3. Drizzle strawberry sauce on the inside of your glass and pour in the milkshake. To serve, garnish with whipped cream, strawberry sauce, crumbled biscuit and a slice of cheesecake. Enjoy your Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake!
Bramble Fizz
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 45ml Gin
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
x 1tsp Ginger Syrup
x 15ml Creme de Mure
Top Up: Soda
Garnish: Fresh Blackberries & a Mint Sprig
Method
1. Fill cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add gin, lemon juice, ginger syrup and crème de mure. Shake well to combine.
2. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice and strain the cocktail into the glass. Top up with soda water.
3. To serve, garnish with blackberries and a mint sprig. Enjoy your Bramble Fizz!
Spicy Cherry Spritz Mocktail
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 1 handful Polar Cube ice
x 30ml Spicy Lime Syrup
x 15ml Lime Juice
x 45ml Pineapple Juice
x 30ml Cherry Syrup
Top Up: Sparkling Water
Garnish: Cherry & a Dehydrated Lime
Method
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with party ice and add the cherry syrup, pineapple juice, spicy lime syrup and lime juice. Shake well to combine.
2. Fill a Collins glass with Polar Cube ice and strain the cocktail into the glass. Top up with sparkling water.
3. To serve, garnish with a cherry and a dehydrated lime. Enjoy your Spicy Cherry Spritz Mocktail!
Strawberry Caipirinha
Ingredients
x 2 handfuls The Crushed One
x 60ml Cachaca
x 1/2 a Lime
x 3 Small Strawberries
x 1tsp Sugar
Garnish: Strawberry and a dehydrated Lime
Method
1. Cut 1/2 a lime into 4 peices and cut the strawberries into quarters. Add to the glass with your sugar and muddle well to release the juice.
2. Add your cachaca, then fill the glass with The Crushed One. Stir well to mix and cool your cocktail.
3. To serve, garnish with a fresh strawberry and a dehydrated lime slice. Enjoy your Strawberry Caipirinha.
Rose Cheeks
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 1 handful Polar Cube
x 25ml Vodka
x 15ml Lemon Juice
x 15ml Simple Syrup
x 90ml Rosé Wine
x 2 Blackberries
x 3 Basil Leaves
Method
1. Add the vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add a blackberry and muddle together.
2. Add 2 basil leaves and a handful of Party Ice then shake to combine. Add the rose wine and shake again.
3. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice and then strain in the cocktail. Garnish with a blackberry and a basil leaf to serve. Enjoy your Rosé Cheeks cocktail!
Raspberry Ripple Vodka Float Cocktail
Ingredients
X 2 handfuls Party Ice (to shake)
X 1 handful Polar Cube Ice (to serve)
X 1 handful Raspberries
X 50ml Vanilla Vodka
X 25ml Raspberry Liqueur
X 25ml measure Sugar Syrup
Top up: Lemonade
Garnish: Raspberries & a scoop of vanilla ice cream
Method
1. Muddle the handful of raspberries in a bottom of a cocktail shaker, then fill to the top with Party Ice.
2. Pour in the vodka, liqueur and syrup then shake well.
3. Fill a glass with Polar Cube and pour over the cocktail mixture.
4. Top up with lemonade, garnish with the raspberries and place the scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Enjoy!
Red Velvet Milkshake
Ingredients
x 1 handful Party Ice
x 150ml Milk
x 2 scoops Chocolate Ice Cream
x 3tbsp Red Velvet Cake Mix
Garnish: Whipped Cream and a Slice of Red Velvet Cake
Method
1. Add Party Ice, ice cream, Milk and cake mix to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour your milkshake into a glass.
3. Garnish with whipped cream and a slice of red velvet cake to serve. Enjoy your Red Velvet Cake milkshake!
