1. The Non-Alcoholic Ace - Wilfred's Blood Orange Spritz

It’s 100% alcohol free and honestly, you won’t miss a thing. Wilfred’s bitter aperitif is a beautifully complex non-alcoholic spirit, and paired with tart blood orange juice, a hint of rosemary syrup and loads of Polar Cube ice, it’s the kind of drink that looks as impressive as a Federer backhand. Ready in just 3 minutes, this one is a total winner!

- Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice and add 50ml of Wilfred’s Bitter Aperitif along with a squeeze of lime.
- Top up with sparkling water and stir gently to combine, then add a sprinkle of sea salt flakes.
- Garnish with a slice of blood orange and a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy your Wilfred’s Blood Orange Spritz!
Top tip: Make the rosemary simple syrup ahead of time by simmering equal parts sugar and water with a handful of rosemary sprigs for 5 minutes. Leave to cool, strain, and it keeps in the fridge for up to two weeks — perfect for a fortnight of Championships entertaining!
2. The Classic Wimbledon Serve - Lillet Strawberry Spritzer
“Strawberries at Wimbledon? That’s a match point we can all get behind!”
If there is one flavour that belongs to Wimbledon above all others, it’s strawberry — and this Lillet Strawberry Spritzer is the most elegant way to celebrate it! Lillet Blanc is a gorgeous French aperitif wine with honeyed, floral notes that pairs absolutely beautifully with fresh strawberries and a big generous handful of Polar Cube ice. Add the prosecco, a few sprigs of thyme and you’ve got a drink that’s as classic and timeless as a Wimbledon whites dress code. It’s an effortless 5-minute serve that’ll have guests coming back for a second set every time!
Ingredients — Serves 1
- 85ml Lillet Blanc
- 2 strawberries, sliced
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- 150ml prosecco
- 1 handful Polar Cube ice
- Garnish: a sprig of thyme & a strawberry
Method
- Add the Lillet Blanc, sliced strawberries and thyme sprigs to a large glass.
- Fill generously with Polar Cube ice — don’t be shy, the more the merrier to keep everything perfectly chilled!
- Pour in the prosecco and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme and a whole strawberry on the rim. Enjoy your Lillet Strawberry Spritzer!
Top tip: This is absolutely brilliant as a jug serve for a group! Simply multiply everything up, build in a large pitcher packed with Polar Cube ice and let guests help themselves throughout the match. So much more relaxed than playing bartender every time someone’s glass runs dry
3. The Floral Showstopper - Advantage, Lavender
“When the score is this close and the drink is this beautiful — Advantage, Lavender!”
Advantage, Lavender is a dreamy purple gin spritz that looks like something from a Wimbledon dream sequence — beautifully violet, impossibly elegant, and absolutely delicious to drink. Lavender-infused gin meets St–Germain elderflower liqueur and fresh lemon juice, topped up with sparkling water over a glass absolutely packed with Polar Cube ice. It’s floral, it’s refreshing, it’s utterly gorgeous, and it photographs incredibly well for anyone who wants to share their Wimbledon viewing party on social media. Game, set and match to this drink!
Ingredients — Serves 1
- 1 handful Polar Cube ice
- 40ml lavender gin (or infuse your own!)
- 20ml St–Germain elderflower liqueur
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey syrup
- Top up: sparkling water or tonic water
- A drop of violet food colouring (optional)
- Garnish: dried lavender sprig, lemon twist, edible flowers
Method
- Fill a large balloon gin glass or wine glass to the brim with Polar Cube ice.
- Add the lavender gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and honey syrup.
- If using food colouring, add a single drop and stir gently to achieve that gorgeous violet hue.
- Top up with sparkling water or tonic water and give it one final gentle stir.
- Garnish with a dried lavender sprig, a twist of lemon and a few edible flowers if you have them. It’s the most beautiful drink on any Wimbledon drinks table — and it’ll be the first to disappear!
Top tip: No lavender gin? No problem! Simply add 1 tsp of dried culinary lavender to a regular gin and leave it to infuse for 30 minutes, then strain. You’ll get all that gorgeous floral flavour at a fraction of the cost. Easy-peasy, lemon (and lavender) squeezy!
4. The Upgraded Glass of Vino - Love-All Rosé
“Love-All — because everyone in the room deserves a glass of this!”
In tennis, Love-All means nobody’s winning yet — but with this drink in your hand, you’re already ahead! Love-All Rosé is a gorgeous, blush-pink jug cocktail built on a chilled rosé wine base with raspberries, fresh mint, a splash of elderflower cordial and a generous scoop of Polar Cube ice to keep it all perfectly cool throughout the match. It’s light, it’s fruity, it’s deeply summery and there’s enough to go around the whole crowd — just build it in a large pitcher, pop it in the middle of the table and let everyone help themselves between sets. This one is going to go down a treat, we promise!
Ingredients — Serves 4–6
- 3 handfuls Polar Cube ice
- 1 bottle chilled rosé wine
- 60ml elderflower cordial
- 200ml pink lemonade
- 150g fresh raspberries
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Garnish: lemon slices, mint sprigs, raspberries
Method
- Add the raspberries and mint leaves to a large pitcher and gently muddle them together — just a few presses to release the colour and flavour, not a full mash!
- Fill the pitcher generously with Polar Cube ice and pour over the chilled rosé wine.
- Add the elderflower cordial, pink lemonade and lemon juice and stir everything together gently.
- Garnish the pitcher with lemon slices, extra raspberries and a few fresh mint sprigs. Fill glasses with Polar Cube ice, pour and serve immediately. Love-All and cheers all round!
Top tip: Make this the morning before your Wimbledon watching party (minus the Polar Cube and lemonade) and keep it chilled in the fridge — the fruit will infuse even more beautifully into the rosé and the colour deepens to a gorgeous deep pink. Just add the ice and lemonade right before you serve and it’s totally perfect!
5. The Traditional Tipple - Serve of the Summer
“Strawberries and cream in a glass — this is the Serve of the Summer and we will hear no debate!”
Strawberries and cream is the ultimate Wimbledon flavour combination — and we’ve turned it into the most indulgent, delicious cocktail you’ll try all fortnight! Serve of the Summer is a luxurious strawberry cream cocktail: fresh strawberries shaken with vanilla vodka, a measure of Baileys, a squeeze of lemon and cream, served over a glass loaded with Super Cubes and finished with a cloud of whipped cream on top. It’s rich, it’s a little bit naughty, it’s completely irresistible and honestly? It tastes exactly like strawberries and cream in a glass. This is the one that everybody is going to be fighting over, so be ready to make a second (and third) round. You have been warned!
Ingredients — Serves 1
- 1 handful Party Ice (for shaking)
- Super Cubes, to serve
- 4–5 fresh strawberries, hulled
- 40ml vanilla vodka
- 30ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 20ml single cream
- 15ml strawberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
- A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- Garnish: whipped cream, a fresh strawberry, freeze-dried strawberry pieces
Method
- Add the fresh strawberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle well until you have a gorgeous red pulp.
- Add a generous handful of Party Ice, then pour in the vanilla vodka, Baileys, single cream, strawberry liqueur, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the shaker is ice cold — this is what gives you that beautifully silky texture!
- Fill a rocks glass with Super Cubes and strain the cocktail over the top.
- Finish with a generous cloud of whipped cream, a fresh strawberry on the rim and a scatter of freeze-dried strawberry pieces. Serve immediately and enjoy the Serve of the Summer!
Top tip: For an alcohol-free version, swap the vanilla vodka for vanilla syrup, the Baileys for non-dairy coconut cream and the strawberry liqueur for strawberry cordial. It’s just as delicious, just as indulgent, and everybody gets a glass — deuce on the non-drinkers having to watch everyone else enjoy this one!
