If you’ve not yet tried a Fluffy Duck cocktail then you are missing out! This light and creamy advaocaat-based cocktail gets it’s unusual name from the ‘fluffiness’ the lemonade adds when you pour it in! It’s boozy, smooth and of course best served ice cold. If you’re looking for a new and different cocktail to keep you cool this summer, then this Fluffy Duck cocktail is for you!
Advaocaat is a traditional Dutch alcoholic beverage made from eggs, sugar and brandy and has a custard-like consistency. If you’ve tried a Snowball, then you will probably have tried Advaocaat before!
Ingredients:
x1 handful Polar Cube Ice
x30ml Triple Sec
x30ml Orange Juice
x45ml Advocaat
x45ml Dry Gin
Top up: Lemonade
Method
1. Add all the ingredients apart from the lemonade to a cocktail shaker with x1 handful of ice and shake well.
2. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass or wine glass and top up with lemonade.
3. Garnish with an orange slice and serve!
