A fizzy and fruity twist on the classic Aperol Spritz! This Strawberry Spritz is the perfect combo, the strawberry gives it that extra bit of sweetness.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x1 handful Polar Cube ice
  • x1 measure Aperol
  • x2 measures Prosecco
  • x1 measure Strawberry liqueur
  • Top up: Soda water
  • Garnish: Strawberries & orange wheels

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add the ice, Aperol and strawberry liqueur to a cocktail shaker and shake well.
  • 2. Strain over a glass full of ice and pour in the Prosecco and top up with soda water.
  • 3. Garnish with a strawberry and an orange wheel before serving!
