'My next date night favourite is a grapefruit and thyme spritz. It’s refreshing but has a bit of zing and zest to it, to leave a tang on the taste buds. It’s perfect for chilling in the garden and watching the sun go down. I like to pair this one with light nibbles rather than a sit-down meal.'

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x2 handfuls Polar Cube ice
  • x30ml Aperol
  • x20ml Lillet Rose Vermouth
  • x20ml Pink grapefruit juice
  • Top up: Rose Prosecco
  • Garnish: Grapefruit wedge and thyme sprig

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Shake the first 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a sprig of thyme.
  • 2. Tea strain into a glass full of Polar Cube Ice.
  • 3. Top with Rose Prosecco, garnish and serve!
