Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 2 handfuls Polar Cube ice
  • x 2 tsp Ground coffee
  • x 4 tsp Maple syrup
  • x 2 measures Boiled water
  • Top up: Milk
  • Garnish: Whipped cream, drizzle of maple syrup

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. In a mug, whisk the boiled water with the coffee and maple syrup into a smooth mixture without clumps.
  • 2. Fill the glass with Polar Cube ice and pour over the coffee mixture. Top with milk and stir.
  • 3. Garnish with whipped cream and a drizzle of maple syrup.
