It doesn’t get much more festive than the Polar Express, unless you add in a dash of Baileys Irish Cream, a drop of vodka, and a splash of espresso, and then you have the perfect Polar Express-o Martini!

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 2 handfuls Party Ice
  • x 2 measures Baileys Irish Cream
  • x 1 measure Vodka
  • x 1 measure Espresso
  • Garnish: Three coffee beans

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Pour Baileys, vodka, and espresso into a cocktail shaker.
  • 2. Top the shaker with Party Ice, shake well and strain into a martini glass.
  • 3. Garnish with coffee beans.
