In honour of his coronation, we present to you The King Charles, a beautifully balanced gin lavender martini. Purple in colour to match the crown, one or two of these delightfully sweet cocktails will have you feeling like royalty.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 30ml Lavender Syrup
  • x 45ml Gin
  • Juice of Half a Lemon
  • x 1 Egg White
  • Garnish: Gold Leaf

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with Party Ice and shake well.
  • 2. Strain into a martini glass using a fine strainer.
  • 3. Garnish with gold leaf. Serve and enjoy!
