It doesn't get much better than a classic negroni, served over our slow-melting Super Cubes. This iconic, 3 ingredient cocktail is quick and easy to make and is perfect for after dinner drinks.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 30ml Gin
  • x 30ml Campari
  • x 30ml Sweet Vermouth
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • Garnish: Orange Peel

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. In a mixing glass filled with Party Ice, add the gin, campari and vermouth, stirring until chilled.
  • 2. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over two super cubes.
  • 3. Garnish with an orange peel and enjoy!
