Ingredients

x 1 handful Party Ice
x 1 handful Polar Cube
x 60ml Gin
x 60ml Apple Cider
x 30ml Honey Simple Syrup
A hint of Ground Cinnamon
Juice of half a Lime
Garnish: A sprig of Mint, 1/4 of an apple diced into matchsticks

Method

1. To make the honey simple syrup, add 1/4 of a cup of honey and a 1/4 cup of hot water to a mason jar and shake until fully combined.
2. Fill your shaker with Party Ice, add all the ingredients and shake well.
3. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice and add the matchstick apples. Strain your cocktail into the glass and garnish with a sprig of mint. Enjoy your Autumn Gin Breeze!
