This Christmas we believe everyone deserves the gift of a classic cocktail, here's one of our favourites to save for the big day! The Harvey Wallbanger, minimal ingredients, maximum satisfaction, who wants one?

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 2 handfuls Party Ice
  • x 50ml Vodka
  • x 15ml Galliano
  • x 100ml Orange Juice
  • Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
  • Garnish: Cocktail Cherry and an Orange Slice

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add the vodka, orange juice and lemon juice. Shake well to combine.
  • 2. Fill a tall glass with Party Ice then double strain your cocktail over the ice.
  • 3. Top up with Party Ice if needed then slowly pour in the Galliano. To serve, garnish with a cocktail cherry and an orange slice. Enjoy your Harvey Wallbanger!
