The Wonka film is in cinemas now and in honour of the childrens classic, we’ve made an indulgent winter cocktail inspired by one of it’s most memorable characters, Augustus Gloop. This one is all about the chocolate and is made with a Christmas staple, Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur, served ice-cold over Super Cubes.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 1 handful Super Cubes
  • x 25ml Vodka
  • x 30ml Irish cream liqueur
  • x 5ml chocolate syrup
  • x 100ml milk
  • Garnish: whipped cream and plenty chocolate!

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Firstly, dip a large gin glass in dark chocolate and freeze for 2 hours.
  • 2. Pour 25ml coffee flavoured liqueur, 25ml vodka, 5ml chocolate syrup and 30ml Irish cream liqueur into a shaker of Party Ice and shake.
  • 3. Pour contents into chocolate rimmed gin glass with Super Cubes.
  • 4. Add 100ml of milk and stir.
  • 5. Garnish with whipped cream and an outrageous amount of chocolate, get creative!
