In true Valentine's Day style, we had to create a beautiful red cocktail to celebrate, meet the Jungle Bird, This tropical rum cocktail is balanced perfectly with the bitterness of the Campari, we recommend serving in pairs.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 2 Super Cubes
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 40ml Dark Rum
  • x 40ml Pineapple Juice
  • x 25ml Campari
  • x 1tbsp Lime Juice
  • x 1tbsp Sugar Syrup
  • Garnish: Pineapple Wedge and Pineapple Leaves

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Party Ice and add all ingredients. Shake well to combine.
  • 2. Add 2 Super Cubes to a rocks glass and strain the cocktail over the ice.
  • 3. To serve garnish with a pineapple wedge and leaves. Enjoy your Jungle Bird!
