Happy Valentine's Day! We can feel the love in the air, but if you're looking for some help to break the ice, a couple of Cupid's Kisses will do the trick.

Ingredients

Blue sqiggle
  • x 1 handful Party Ice
  • x 1 handful Polar Cube Ice
  • x 90ml Champagne
  • x 25ml Vodka
  • x 20ml Lemon Juice
  • x 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • x 25ml Pomegranate Juice
  • Garnish: Pomegranate Seeds & a sprig of Rosemary

Method

Yellow sqiggle
  • 1. Fill a shaker with Party Ice and add all the ingredients except the champagne, shake well to combine.
  • 2. Fill your glass with Polar Cube ice and strain the cocktail into the glass. Top with the champagne and stir slowly.
  • 3. To serve, garnish with pomegranate seeds and a rosemary sprig. Enjoy your Cupid's Kiss!
